No sleep.

.
.
I've been trying to get to sleep for hours now.  I had thought to do so before a shower.  It just wasn't happening so a shower seemed like a just dessert.  I've tried several times.  I did clear out the area under the sink.  I am tired.  I am really tired.  I just can't sleep.  My eyes almost hurt for want of sleep.  I'm not sure what the problem is.  Then again, when I first started swimming I believe I may have gone through something like this?  My body has that burn going.  It's much more low level this time.  I don't think it is lower level due to less muscle stress.  I think that is at least equal.  It is lower level because my body just went through it not so long ago.  And I maintained it as long as I could afford to swim... or until I realized I couldn't afford it, that is.

It is a beautiful feeling though.  I'm not even exactly sure, metabolically, what it is.  Since I am not cramping it isn't acid build up.  Though maybe it is there, just being tended and taking time to do that?  Body wide, my legs are finally in on it, I have a low grade muscular fever.  I at least feel warm everywhere.  My muscles are taught, allabout.  In a few places they seem to be too taught, but that is mostly a rarity and very hit or miss.  Ah, I remember a bit more.  When swimming, if probably because of the muscles I was using, my back was really pulled up, and the worst of it.  This time it is generally well distributed.  I used the massage chair last time.  Hmm... I may try to change the faucet, then sit in the chair for a bit...

Later.  Or, hopefully, good... well... good night... from my perspective.

  2. Hi Aunty! Glad you could stop by.

Oh, well, those tricks mostly don't work at that point. When I am that far in and off the track, the body just has to figure out how to relax, let go, or something. I've done overhunted the fox. I can't hear, touch, taste, feel, or think... or sleep, at that point, until the floor gives way on it all. I just think it's a kick I was able to get such a lather going. My heart doesn't seem to be suffering, so I'm pleased with it. This is the pain of life, not death, so no worries there.

    Enjoy yourself as well:)
