I wasn't sure how well it would turn out. To be honest, my griddle cooking is... still... needing improvement. Especially with meats, like chops, steaks, and such. I have over easy, over medium, and such, down well. I am getting better with omelets. But... meats, omelets, mixing and matching various foods and cheese, is... all... a process I simply haven't mastered.
As well, with it being cool out, cooking is more difficult. It simply takes more time. And, the cooler, the more time yet. It was 57 to 58 out there when I started up. Still, I did fairly well. Mushrooms, with butter. Chops, on pats of butter, and, then, the sauerkraut, later with cheese.
The meat was a bit overdone? With pork, I don't mind that. I'd rather it be a bit overdone than underdone. Just how it goes. But I did seer it well. Mushrooms were very good. And, to my great surprise, the sauerkraut with faux swiss cheese was pretty good. All in all, the meal was worth the effort.
