Fine, we can do this. I checked the waterers just in time. Two had just started to freeze up. A bit of shaking and they started flowing. It looks like all have drunk, and well. Further, when I shook them up, and put them back in place, it's as if the rabbits realized they were thirsty. They lined of for a shot of the wet stuff.
Food looked good, for bunnies and ducks. The water hadn't frozen on the ducks, and they seem to have bathed. But, baby is it cold out there! It had been doing micro-hail earlier. Now it is snow. Coming down in sheets, but not as heavily as the appearance would suggest. I may need to plow later. But for now, there isn't enough out there. I did move the plow under what cover there is. And checked the temperature. It is still 18 F. Same temperature, but seemingly much cooler? With snow coming in? Sometimes it'll do that.
A bit more... gaming. Then, I hope, I can get to work. The bathroom first, a shower and shave if possible, then setting up dishes. A check on where laundry is, and maybe a start on that. And, finally, hopefully, a bit of cleaning in the kitchen. Clearing the freezer and stove top are the prime objectives. I think I can, I think I can, I... I pray I can.
Feeling better. Feeling hungry. Ignoring the last. The eggs, yesterday, two doses, caused a stout if short lived diarrhea. Probably necessary. It's been a bit since I've actually eaten. Everything was just sitting in there, going moldy. :p It had to go. At least it wasn't the constipated first type, mostly. Bleh. Yea, way to personal. You are welcome! My damned porch, all I'm saying.
Oh, I did get timothy hay in the manger sort of arrangements available. After clearing the freezer top, I will have access to the bailing wire, and will set up the other metal mangers for the other rabbits, plus two more on the empty cages soon to house one of the bucks. Then, perhaps... if as with some of the rest of the list, installing latches on the cages. I am... beginning... again. I hope. Good afternoon and day.
