Awake, finally?

.
.
I started waking at 10:30.  Didn't actually wake until 14:30.  If, then, trying to push through the day longer.  In an attempt to flip my days again.  It's been the same wake time, give or take, for days.  I can't push or pull the time around.  I'll keep trying.

A bit rough this morning.  Out of meds.  Need to call the VA.  But, again, my phone is dead.  I have to get in and pay it up.  I need the phone for other things too.  I'll look around, perhaps there are meds, still, somewhere.  Or not.  Will have a look, when I can wake.

Be careful out there.

.
.
Some of you are thinking "cute winter boots", or such, is a joke.  If you have heard about it at all.  It is the organized lefts' idea of bringing violence (terrorism) to play against (basically white men) Trump supporters.  I am seeing some of this in action.  It hasn't gotten to violence, but it is out there.

No, I don't wear a maga hat, or else.  I am simply a certain (looking) man of a certain age.  I dress rather plain.  Though, it might be another sort of thing.  My name may, now, be considered wrong, in some circles.

Sorting out life.

.
.
Attempting to make sure an appointment is covered.  It seems like this one is set up.  Others I have to figure out.  Ugh.

I keep being surprised at what is happening regarding the government.  I really didn't think much would be done.  More just another kick of the can down the road.  With repatriations not just going forward, but nations breaking under the weight of demands... even to offering planes to help with repatriation after getting really smarmy.

Down before 16:00.

.
.
Not awake until three?  That's a crazy lot of sleep.  Perhaps the very little work I did yesterday was more than I had thought?  Maybe.  All I know is sleep was good.  Waking took... just a bit of effort.  I had the alarms set for two and four.  Couldn't make it up at the two, dreaded the four.  Three... worked out.

As well, I set up dishes this morning.  Not perfectly.  I did order some of those larger busboy pans.  The dish pans I have are far too small for my large pans, and even my medium pots.  good only for dishes and flatware.  I don't use dishes, so much, at this point.  If that may be changing.  If I can get ahead of things, figure out the dish washer... or more begin using it quickly.  The difficulty is that I am just one.  And only eat once or twice a day, sometime skipping meals for a week as well.  So... getting enough dishes to put in... takes time.  Ugh.  Too many, to few, always something.

Midnight waking time, again.

.
.
So be it.  Sleep was good.  Waking was easy enough.  Not a bad world, or time.  Well, no pain anyway.  A bit sleepy, weary, even exhausted.  I can't play games all that long.  I just... burn out after a half hour or so.  Mostly just drifting around the internet, looking for something.

I was glad to see Trump moved the swearing in ceremony to a safer venue.  If... he actually did that.  Difficult to know.  Wiser than I thought, if so.  He really is a showman.  Perhaps having a public ear piercing taught him something, and maybe allowed him to understand that his security wasn't... his.  Oh, they would have cried over the spilled milk, if he had died.  But... either were chosen for their incompetence, or were in on the gig.  Still, indoors.  Good.  And, probably well out of the zone intended.  How many democrats were going to be in attendance?  Jews?  Can I see your hand, friend?  Just... curious.

Grumbles.

.
.
Was discussing Roman lead problems.  One of my dailies, knowingly or not, took up the challenge.  Choosing a statist cunt, to walk them through that the state is their friend, and it's all good, and... maybe even keep taking the jab?  Just... saying.  Don't butt heads with me.

The vid they presented?

Using tools I have used for tongues.

No going back?

.
.
I asked my friend, who visited, to bring a pizza.  So we could eat normal food while conversing.  What kind, from where?  Your choice, in both cases.  Surprise me with anything except pineapple.  I don't think pineapple is a real pizza topping.  It's... nefarious!

A chicken cajun topping?  Okay.  I used to hate chicken, but have really learned to like it.  Same with sirloin, and other such.  Might be returning to enjoying pork?  Will find out.  So, no, that was fine.

Lots of entertainment in the news.

.
.
Take a looksee at it.  You may not get it in your feed.  And, to be honest, I have had to pick through the bones.  But it's... definitely out there.  Almost wondering if the fear of what is coming is causing the scabs to eat their own in even greater numbers and with more relish?  Or mustard?  :p

Dancing on graves?  Laughing at deplatforming of all sorts?  You don't say.  But, really, not me.  Just understanding what happens when a boomerang is thrown, in theory.  But should that actually work, what happens when it or a mechanism like it, does work.

Awake for a while now.

.
.
I woke up around 15:00 to 15:30?  More middling in there, I think.  Meant to check the temp out there, but never did.  Still haven't.  Probably won't.  Just don't want to, at this point.  Nearing 19:00, I have just been drifting.

My mother called.  I had a lot to tell her, about things going on.  I asked about family and friends from back there.  Everyone seems to be still kicking, and doing as well as they can.  She is doing well, a few concerns.  I'll add them to my prayer list.  One of our fellows was in an accident.  I continue prayers for him, his friend, the others involved, and family.  Always other concerns, specific and general.

Apre bread?

.
.
I mean, I wasn't sure if the blood sugar would seriously spike after eating bread, with the hotdogs (actually polish sausages, but... tomato tomato, shut it).  At 132, it is slightly more elevated, but not into the two or three hundred range, which common bread will do.  And, yes, I looked for a bread with the ratio, and no sugar added.  Almost a unicorn to find, but it exists, in some stores, or places.  Can't remember where I bought it?

Avoid Amazon, they charge a lot, and their bread is... often... questionable.  They cut edges I won't go with mostly.  The few they have that technically look right (and some that absolutely fail) cost from $8 on up for a smaller loaf quite often.  Buying them in groups doesn't help that much, either.

Heading to bed.

.
.
Slowly.  I've been heading to bed for... two... three... maybe four hours?  Gah.  Never mind.  I'm... still heading to bed.

I just thought of something I realized when reviewing keto, but more specifically the carnivore viewing section of y.t. videos.  And, just now, I decided to share it.

Late to bed.

.
.
Late out of it.  Just could not get to sleep.  One of those nights.  It was just after two when I finally went down.  I reset the alarms from six and eight to eight and ten, waking before the ten alarm by half an hour.  I hit the eight alarm snooze twice but realized that... wasn't ever going to happen so shut it off for the next run.

As alarms go, this is a good one.  It starts by flashing it's light, which isn't always on.  Then it starts off with a low and slow alarm.  Then, through it's alarm cycle, it gets up to it's max, which isn't too high but good enough.  If I am going to wake, that's all I need.  Plus, it has six snoozes.  It also has 24 hour time option.  Those are wanted/needed features.  It has moon phase, local temp, and an "outside" temp sender (though I'm not sure where that is).

I love the stories they tell.

.
.
Oh, but called mother.  I worry about the old girl.  I shouldn't, in one sense.  She is most truly in God's hands than any concern of mine.  I... just hope life doesn't hurt, that she doesn't feel lonely, that sort of thing.  Even then, I can't do much, but pray, call, let her know she is loved.  We have had our bad times, and our good times.  These days, good times.

A good sign.

.
.
I was beginning to worry.  About bp.  I took medication when I woke up.  I added more.  Not even half of what I had been on, but double what I was taking... if that... tells you anything?  But, of just one medicine, too.  Not the four I was taking.

Then, I started gaming.  I felt something... shift.  A bit frighteningly, to be honest.  So I checked blood pressure.  It is 122/88, with a pulse of 85.  Was that was shifted, down?  I suspect so.  Good, good, I had been worrying.  This evening, with this read, I will only take half what I took this morning.  Not sure how to approach this though.

Halloween?

.
.
When that happens is... never sure.  Sometimes they do it the weekend before?  I thought.  Or the weekend after?  If I remember correctly.  Usually on the weekends though?  Or... has that just been that it has usually landed on a weekend?  I... just wasn't sure.  So I contacted a more distant, now, neighbor.

Tuesday, I am told.  There were no knocks, so...  And he got the dope from his sister, who is a local, and a mother.  So... okay.  Seems strange but there it is.  Which... gives me time.

Sometimes...

.
.
Fellow bloggers can... provide entertainment.  Sometimes they offer good data.  Sometimes... not so much.  When I see something... important, I try to bring it over, share it out.  If I haven't been already dinging the target, or such.  Though... sometimes even then.

But, if it is of serious measures, I really do try to get it over and up.

Why this one?  If you don't want to watch first?  It is because banks and financial payment systems are shutting down conservatives, firearms sales, and others.  Based on their business types, political activities, from what they say on social media, to a doctor who comes out against covid "vaccines".

Hmm, perhaps they have better content?

.
.
Oh, I... love the music.  When it is allowed.  Often all I get is very limited feeds.  Sometimes only, say, fourteen video options, few of them of any interest.  Sometimes there is nothing of quality or interest, and only a few videos even offered.  Music seems to be gone, for the most part.  New music.  Just... the same old things.  So, not happy.  Even so, for an hour at a time, or longer, I'll fish y.t. for new or interesting vids.

Sometimes I am surprised.  I ran into a video about gaming, in China.  The war on it, to a degree.  More?  I see that the Chinese war on gaming has some influence on gaming in the US, and around the world.  Our problems... are similar.  Solutions?  Different, to a degree.  Or... applied differently.

We agree.

.
.
And disagree.

We agree that this is not some grass-roots terrorist event.  It's... planned, coordinated, financed, arranged.  It is far more theater than anything, if real people are being murdered, raped, tortured.  No doubt about it.

A good waking?

.
.
Yes, but not a working one, yet.  Mostly.  Well, I did do a few things to start the show.  Sassy was fed straight off.  I am waking later, as I am recovering the day... attempting it.  I made it to... 16:30?  Or so, give or take a quarter.  Awoke at 23:30?  Tried to sleep longer, my body just wasn't having it.  Up.

Then I reset the last of the dishes... the little grape embossed pseudo canning jars.  Don't think you can can in them, but they are airtight, glass, with flip-top lids.  I bought them for spices and herbs, to pull them out of plastic right away.  Two, it ended up, were broken.  But the lids were salvageable.  So, I did.  And, plastic lids for the various actual canning jars.  I have to use plastic because kefir, and some of the other things I make, are acidic, and would corrode metal, even stainless.  So...

I try to minimize plastics.  It's... toxic.  My microwave broke, I don't think I'll replace it.  Minimally, it does things to even good fats that you don't want to consume.  Mothers, in America, and around the world, honestly just don't give a rats ass.  They talk the talk, but at the end of the day, they shovel doritos and microwaved foods, or other carbs and sugars into their kids as fast as they can get them seated in front of a television or gaming console.
