It took two trips. And I had to put gas in the tank on the way. But the girls, cat and dog, were taken over. With food, litter, treats, and most else? Most. Plus the reverse osmosis system, her diet soda, a few jugs of water so she can store some, a plaquet, some things that arrived she had ordered, and a few other odds and ends.
She was obviously lonely. She has reasonable neighbors, as it turns out. All making due. Aren't we all? She found a couple who want Jasmine. From the sounds of it, a good fit. Plus, she can see her from time to time.
And she has done a wonderful job arranging her apartment. I mean that place looks like she has been living there for a decade somehow. It fits her and she fits it. Especially with Mittens there now. I think the solo life was killing her.
I didn't realize until I returned home how... quiet it is. I would guess this is the first time I have been so singular in... decades. Well, short bits, spells of time occasionally. But with people nearby, or else. And while very busy. It... will take some time to... familiarize myself with even just the quiet.
Sleeping, often, will ease that. Though, hopefully, when I can be up, I can begin sorting things here. A lot of laundry to do, many boxes of items to sort, and trying to keep up on the house. Easier alone? Will see.
A fatted coffee, brushing my teeth, then whitening them. When that is finished, on back to bed for... a few days. Though, trying to be up for whitening sessions daily.
Raining, but warmly? For this time of the year, absolutely. It feels more like early fall, September or even later August. Wonderful, really.
Oh? My first month with a million visitors? Or... so blogspot suggests. Chuckling. But... okay. Later, or more likely good night.
