Making my move.

.
.
I had hoped to clean the oven, then roast a chicken, on Christmas day.  Two out of three, given my schedule, with the possibility of all three and dishes?  Maybe.

I missed cleaning the oven as a first thing.  It is too psychically foggy to keep everything ordered, even often on good days.  So be it.  I started the oven.  At some point there is no easy way to change directions.  Cooling off the oven, at that point, then cleaning it, then... no.  Just... just no.

Still, I wanted to look up chicken roasting instructions.  Found, and in the process of following.  While looking, instructions for cleaning popped.  So...

Now, I would prefer the hot bake-off cycle but our overlords have deemed us unworthy of good systems, so I am stuck with these sorts of methods.  Not included in some/many newer ovens, including mine.  As for elbow grease?  Nah.  A bit of raw muscle, using the drill and brush attachments.  Much better, if you can handle the weight.  I have little endurance but gobs of strength for that bit of time I do have.  So...  *zoom, zoom, Zzzzzoooom!*

After cooking, eating, digesting, oven cooling, and dishes, I hope yet to do three out of three.  But... but Doom, it's not Christmas day!  On later swing shift it is.  Beyond?  For an honest Christian, it is Christmas every day.  It is the true celebration of the opportunity, the only one, for a better life.  Best to celebrate that pretty much every day.  Unless you enjoy life in a fallen world without hope for better?

Cheers.  And Merry Christmas.

Hmm?  Oh.  Just... thinking.
