Finally.

.
.
Some of it, anyway.  I am running late on things.  Had to do some returns, amazon orders.  Had hoped to get bloodwork done today, too.  Just running too late.  Some other things?  Well, yes.  Laundry, dishes, I did get a shower taken.  I've been showering every to every other day, but always seem behind even that way.  In part because sleep and wake cycles are just plain off.

Having gotten the returns in, I decided to get a steak.  A local steak house.  It's okay.  The beef seems right.  It is cooked using real butter.  Yes, you can tell.  I had just a steak, no sides.  A tea on the side.  Very expensive.  I won't do that often.  A steak of that quality should be about $20, the last I saw.  I wasn't extremely pleased with the cut, but it was good.  I can tell quality.  It is as good as most restaurants offer.  If, as mentioned, I didn't like the cut so much.  Leave the cap fat on, and just offer a bit more to the consumer.  Don't be stingy, and cut the fat to sell that to others, probably for pennies.  I hate it when jerk peanut counters take over companies.  Still, it was good, just... a bit too expensive.

When I got in, and seated, I feared they would try to force electronic sales.  I had cash.  The other thing I feared, was that they would require a 25%, or more, tip.  I just don't do that.  First, 15%, if she is reasonable.  If she is exemplary, somehow, I might do 20%.  And I don't tip if it's required.  If I have to fight my way out, I will.  No tip to boot.  But, no, they... had no problem with cash.  So I left my usual tip.  My waitress had been... sufficient.  She had feared no tip, I could see it when I asked about cash.  She almost cried, in a good way, with the tip I left?  Life must be getting... difficult?

I think they suggested the steak had 1,400 calories, give or take.  With almost a cup of cream, in my coffee, when I returned home, I have about 2k calories for the day.  Good.  I'll have water until I get to bed, but only a few cans of the bubbly.  Medicine is in, all of it for the day.  Probably back on to bed before too long.  It only got up to 73, from what I saw, out there.  Very strange, but I'll sure take it.

I'll start whites in the laundry tonight.  Perhaps set up dishes?  No, not until tomorrow.  I'll take another shower tomorrow morning, then set up dishes.  Ugh.  Trying to get going.  But when it heats up, then cools off, so fast, I get stuck just trying to... be awake.  So getting to work is nearly impossible.  I'll keep trying.

At least I have been awake every day, for shorter or longer times.  And, I did get the returns (before they were lost to the process and I was just out).  A shower was taken.  Bit by bit, I keep trying.  Looks like someone got into my suv, and as well siphoned gas out.  That I'm sure about.  There was an eighth of a tank, last time I checked.  For certain.  And, someone had gotten into an overhead compartment.  Forgot to close it.  Looking for cash, I would guess.

Yes... it's how it is these days.  Though it has always been happening, since I moved here.  Though... sort of suspect even the honest mormons hereabouts are having problems.  When drugs become prolific, no one is safe.  The world closes in.  And, yes, it's here.  Though, there are other things too.  The young don't want to work.  Living at home, think of every one who makes any income as their parents.  Probably steal from their parents too?

I remember being it being thought that I was a thief, when in my teens though too.  Proved out to be the guys own son.  At least they finally figured it out.  I just didn't steal.  Didn't have much, but was used to living lean.  I didn't need, or want, other people's money, items, food, or such.  Meh.  Some young are just corrupted, believe they need more, but won't work for it.  Well, and drugs.  Everywhere.  There by the grace of God, I never got hooked.  My brother is liberal, I sort of suspect he has gotten hooked.  Whether through medical, or the social liberalism his wife enforces in their household?  Can't be sure, just... suspect.

Well... on to tinkering, looking, reading, listening.  Later.
