Days and nights are spinning. Up around 16:30? Ish? When did I go down? No idea. After five? Easily. But no later than eight? Most likely. When you are up far too long, the mind doesn't quite grasp time, or the movement of it, or light, or dark. It... just... closes down on itself until nothing is everything. Or... such. Mine does, did.
It is cold out there. It must have gotten bitterly cold? At around 17:00 it was 20 out there. This is the warmest part of the day. The sun was out, shining all day. But cold. Upstairs was down to 48! Ugh. Part of what is throwing my sleep. Not too cold, for me, just too cold after a warming for a bit. Change, hotter or colder, throws me. What temp it got down to out there, for it to drop to 48, is anyone's guess. But I'm suggest at or near zero, or below, and for a goodly bit of time.
Thankfully my hand and feet warmers arrived. While the hand warmers will work for the feet, they are a bit bulky. They have ones just for shoes. I wanted to try them. Between this, and that, I am keeping my feet right. I haven't even had to wear the croc's to bed for several days. Though keeping up on medicine, wearing warmer longer socks, and generally taking better care of body and mind, it is helping as a group of things, not just one, or two.
Oh, something I ate last night must have been sour. Diarrhea. Didn't... think it was that. It was. Oh well, a shower was good. Got the clothing into the washer. Cleaned up a bit. Wow. It's been a long time since I've had that. Just a few episodes, only the first caused... problems. The rest I was able to manage... if at a shuffling run to get there in time. Knowing it wasn't gas was... yeah.
Embarrassing? Sure. But... in some ways, a good thing? It means I can handle those difficult things, with some grace it is hoped. Without shame, other than maybe for testing my luck with older food. Could have been worse. There have been times I have triple bagged a five gallon bucket, and kept it by my bed for days, even a week, changing it when I could crawl fast enough, long enough. And the shower was good.
I did have older tuna, which had been thawed a long time. It was in airtight sealed packaging, but that... probably didn't matter. Just one bite, and I just... didn't trust it to eat more. Though, really, I think it was mushrooms. Just... too old. Which means the others aren't any good. Fine. I'll... buy smaller amounts, and eat faster. Ouch.
I have been keeping up on boxes. I still have what the tv and soundbar arrived in. Whole. In case I need to return it? How would I get it back without that? Dunno. Never sure when to break those down. May just... eat it, and break them down anyway.
With a shower taken, clothes moved through the wash process, I'll finish that today. I set the clothes in the dryer to a final spin, then will put what I set to wash last night in. As well, I'd like to get dishes soaking, to begin another load of dishes soon. Put the boxes out into the suv. And do a bit more straightening. Even just clearing and cleaning my computer desk, in preparation for it and the computer going into the living room. Then I can clear, clean, and shut off this front room. Empty it fully, paint, then use it as storage for things to go.
Well, not a bad start. I need something to eat. I'm thinking chia and walnut with tea. It's... strange, but it works. Oh, I need to boil eggs. Blood sugar is becoming closer to reasonable, at 122 fasting this morning. As mentioned, I had the three month average down to 120 before experimenting with other foods. That is at 145 now, but has dropped a few points in the week or two I have started going back to carnivore. Ugh. Still, not but a year ago, it was between two and three hundred. Meh.
Later.
