A couple of other electronica, anyway, songs came to my attention. If they had just been toss off mood things I wouldn't have brought them back up.
This one follows the lines of my stories. Presented boldly and unquestioningly, it surprises me that others... have such thoughts, let alone sing about them in such a way as to be recorded. It does make me wonder who else... ponders these things. Now, the song is given from what I would call my feral brethren, the unclean nephilim that is. Oh, they know God. They fear Him, some hate Him, few know God well albeit. Nephilim are spirit bound with flesh, making a super flesh, but limited to flesh... usually. As the bible suggests, they were destroyed by flood, as rulers and the dominant force on earth. But their spirits have roamed since, at least probably possessing humans, some perhaps having taken corporeal form again, possibly through possessing or more... obtaining... a more pure, but therefore soulless, nephilim child. I think they believe that once man is taken to the heavens, they may have the earth as their playground. What about the destruction of the first earth, the one we now inhabit? I suppose, one last massive war-rave, without God's little ones to bring God's wrath? Summit like that. Hmm, just stories, mind you. *grins*
This next is my favored of all of this sort of music that I have encountered. Stylistically, musically, it is only fair. It is the words, and how they are sung... It's like someone took the whispered memories and put them to written word, then added musical accompaniment. It was a bit personal. I... quivered... just a bit... about putting this one out. Oh it may be dull, rehashed, overstated in other ways here... but the form and words struck a little too close to home. Still... I just did it. Putting it up again is less, a bit less, of a problem. Anyway, this is my favored of the electronica.
And, no, it isn't what I think now, save the ending parts. It is what I went through, probably had to believe at points. It was either believing I was beyond good and evil or believing that I was a complete and total monster. The mind will protect itself, and it did. I have come, though, to a similar conclusion as to where the song leads. Just not without scars that reach ever corner and the full depth of my soul.
