I just... keep losing track.  I did find some information I wanted.  Metal roof maintenance.  Now, I am sure there other companies, various levels of effort, and such.  My roof is still in rather good shape.  There is some mild rust, probably just needing spot treatment.  The real tricks would be cost and working on the steeper portion of the roof.  Though I think that is doable.  I, yeah, have been looking for systems for that as well.

I don't know if this is more for businesses... they can and do afford a lot more, so as to cut taxes.  There are corruptions in many markets due to this.  Another reason to cut corporate/business taxes.  Every corruption in markets ends up warping things, and putting some processes, services, and equipment... which should be lowered in cost and made more available in a right market.  Wide usage is supposed to bring costs down, not drive them up, as a general rule.  Well, and government pricing and other corruptions are part of the problem as well.

Still, even with some expensive tools and roof working equipment, the savings from doing it myself would definitely make this sort of job possible.  And a white roof might really help keep the place cooler?  I still haven't checked that.  Still, I believe that is probable.

I was thinking of some bullet resistance wall material.  Where I am, at the moment, for the most part, that isn't a problem.  In the main bedroom, however...  I don't... always feel welcome.  I get it.  Even so, I'd rather...  I'll look more.  If nothing else, it is... interesting.  I wonder if there is a way that is less expensive, only requiring some tech skills and/or some heavy manual labor.  I'll keep looking.

My chimney has some brick problems as well.  Yeah, I know.  It took a while to get to where I even could begin thinking on these things, and maybe begin working on them.  Money, money, money though too.  Beside supplies, there are always more tools and other equipment, then energy, and having to have food figured in as a cost, because I really can't do this, and that, and these, all at once.  I do learn, I am hitting things, I am getting there... sort of.  Yeah.
