Not possible.

.
.
Not only did I go to sleep early, around 13:00, I never fully woke.  I have pushed my body too hard, and continued to do too much as it rolled to a stop.  Like or not, I am done for a few days.  Blood sugar at bedtime was 130, as I wake it is 169 fasting.  I know how to lower it, not how to maintain it low.

The docs instructions are no better than mine at lowering fasting blood sugar, at least without my way crashing them requiring a few days downtime from low sugar illness and then an elevated blood sugar for a day or two.  I can keep within her daytime blood sugars, if not my preferred without crashes.  It's that fasting blood sugar that eludes me, so far.

I should be eating more.  Sometimes, like yesterday, I just couldn't.  Some days I am fearful, as blood sugar is staying high, but not high enough to treat.  It is like playing tic-tac-toe with a chicken.  It, once trained, will wipe the floor with you.  As, it seems, is diabetes.  I may have to alter the rules further.  Pray I don't alter them further after that.

Back still greatly hurts.  Sore elsewhere... everywhere.  I weary quickly.  I had forgotten to shut the ducks in.  I thought it would just be a nap.  I slept for twelve hours or so.  In opening windows and closing the ducks in, I wore out and caused flares of pain in my back.  I will get dishes and the last load of laundry, then take downtime.  No choice.  Not sure about those things.

A bit windy out there.  Warmer, at 55, but it feels cooler.  It has been from 48 to 52 F lately, at night.  Yesterday seemed cooler during the day.  I know I checked, but just before bedtime, it didn't stick in memory well...  Was it 72 F, around noon?  I... think so.  Can't be sure.

Well, later.
