So odd.

Almost done.  It is 81 in here.  I almost thought I was still sitting here for no reason.  Perhaps you have never heard of the Japanese work ethic?  They stay late, for no good reason.  Productivity declines, not just as they stay into the evening.  But through the day, from having nothing but work as a living.  As well, they don't take vacation time.  Further, they go out night, as groups, and drink late.  Everything is about the company.

Well, I almost feel like I get stuck in something like that.  Not working.  But here, at the machine, as if.  Stuck, in the heat, at my desk.  Doing... essentially... nothing.  But I AM here.  It just doesn't mean anything, to anyone.  And I almost thought I was still here while needing not to be.  I actually do have a little less than twelve minutes before the last zone is watered.

I really will sleep well, if I can remember to go to bed.  I think so.  So warm, again.  Still, I got my break from the heat.  A short one, but welcome, useful, and more.  It should still be cool upstairs, though probably about 77.  Turning the other ac on, and turning the fans up, will get it to cool nicely, eventually.

Oh, but after watering, I will let the ducks have a sip.  Sit out there with them until they are done.  Then close up their food and go on to bed.  Good night, for sure, this time.  I still have an half hour.  It's all good.  Sleep will arrive soon.  Good night, and morning.
