I am not quite an official early riser, or even an earlier riser, though it is headed that way. I am quite pleased however. Mainly that I reversed a sleep trend, and usually I cannot do that. For me to get up earlier, I have usually had to go around the clock on a slow march toward resetting my 'clock'. Sometimes having other people around can help me get up earlier, through fear of a sort. But even that is short lived if I am with them for too long. The fear does not go away, but the power of it, or more the affects of adrenalin from it wax and then wane. After I wake up, the plumbing under the sink is coming out. Because of the shape it is in, this should be a rather minor part of the job.
Good day.
Early rise is the way to go for my, get far more done that way, and you get to slow down at the end of the day and take it easy.
ReplyDeleteI want them for two reasons, though I like your reasons too. Getting up early means working when it is still cool. And, getting up early means people and business are available, open, useful. Wal-Mart (our major chain discount outlet here, for.. pretty much anything) is always open, but not proving too good for vital parts, pieces, equipment, and such.
