Actually just Sam. They are fed well, so it isn't that. I am not going to let her up anymore. She went through several fits of yeowling. I chased her several times, yelled, threw things, it didn't matter. She was a pest. And when I really need sleep. When I can finally do some work, especially if it is all I can do and more, I need solid sleep.
I didn't finish laundry. I did get the final load into the drier. It should be done. The last loads are towels, should be easy. No more laundry today. The dishes soaking, a shower and shave, trash and recycling out, then setting up more dishes. I need to clear and clean the freezer top, to act as my counter. Not much needed, just an extra few steps.
At 232 fasting blood sugar seems to have settled. I'll get tea going, for a fatted tea and dose. I need to shop soon. I really am all out of food. I don't want to fall back on mre's. After reviewing the packaging on those, I must assume .mil intel was pivotal in their design. No matter what sort of diet you are on? This is bad for you. And, if something doesn't have or need sugar, they add it or a tasteless equivalent. They aim to make this stuff bad.
Meat is so expensive now though. Fresh vegetables are close, if at least you can freeze meats. The good stores won't be open until tomorrow. All I know is Walmart is the same price on meats but are far inferior the few times I was in a pinch and tried. Their steaks are hard, weird. There burger has organ fat, and... other stuff sometimes. I suppose, for someone from south of the border, used to open air meat markets, that is still superior. Even if cautiously, I stick to real stores and butcher shops when able to buy in bulk.
First to wake. Meds, aspirin, fatted tea, a dose, waking, then... I won't reset dishes quite yet, but I will put the towels all in for a warming spin. Later.
