Look, it's raining.  Cool outside, about 42.  And... I'm not getting to much else, or haven't yet.  I worry.  The bike, sure... we looked it over, proverbially kicked the tires, gave her a test ride.  But... gotta check more and more deeply.  As well, there are a few updates I want to make.  Enclosed gel batter, if it isn't there.  Probably swapping to synthetic oil.  Led lights, for turn signals at least.

And there are parts I'd like to add or switch.  But, they will need to fit what is already added.  Tricky thing, fitting more after an half fitting already.

But... for now... I'll just consider the basics.  A couple of videos cover some of those areas.  One of the things in the basket is an owner's manual.  It only goes up to 2017, mine being a 2018.  But, that is for the type 2 style bike, which includes mine.  From 2019 on is the type 3 bike.  Bleh.  Though there might be an addition for 2018 bikes, by now, if there are any differences?  One would hope, but... no guarantee.  Such is life.

Ah, the vids.  Enjoy.  Even if this isn't your area, it's... almost artistic, what mechanics, including home mechanics, do.  There is a patience to it, a complex simplicity.  Boring?  Only... if you can't follow through on a lot of small, simple, but involved steps.  Like training a horse... or... loving a woman.  More patience than strength, or pure thinking, or such.  But... all those things within the quietude of the patience?  Yes.  Something along those lines.

Hmm... a shower, setting up dishes, then on to bed, I do believe.
