Reasonably well made.

.
.
Eggs and corned beef hash, on the griddle.  Then I cleaned up before bringing the food in to eat.  I used coconut oil for the grill, to clean it several times.  Using duck fat for actual cooking.  The coconut oil might be a bit... dated.  The duck fat is relatively fresh, and has been refrigerated.

Oh, those eggs, so fresh.  Perfect.  There is nothing so good at the store.  I've spent much more for the "best", but it's just not right.  Soy feed, and probably gmo corn.  I don't care what they suggest, with "organic".  And, free range?  There isn't even a definition for that, legally.  Further?  Even what the industry uses doesn't mean what you think, and is really up to them.  These eggs I receive are golden, might as well be.

I'll check the burger and steak.  If they have gone bad, I'll put them out tonight, and replace them.  If still good, I'd better get to them.  A steak for breakfast, and cooking the burger along side it.  Putting the burger up as crumble, and just adding it to things through the week.  That works well.  I will probably go ahead and buy lettuce.  I'd love to buy salsa, but all the chemicals, even if it's made in-store?  No.  If they can't just make something with tomato, onion, salt, garlic, and such?  I just won't buy it anymore.  They are cutting their own throats.  Though... probably a good thing.  Not even sure fresh from raw, with veggies and fruits, is all that good these days.  And the garlic would probably be Chinese.  Bleh.

But I do have tomato that is definitely non-gmo, and was of better quality.  Unfortunately, buying European foods is one way to avoid FDA allowed poisons.  Required poisons?  Yes, required.  Though it looks like Europe is bowing to US weaponizing of foods, so not sure that is as it seems.  As well, Europe has become so corrupt, I'm not sure they can be trusted either.  Running out of places to run for better food.

Still, doing one's best is as good as it gets.  I'd grow my own but I can't do that sort of effort.  Weeding is absolutely murderous.  Then adding in watering, and making sure that works, is another portion.  As well, keeping critters out... which I can't do?  And prepping the soil, adding fertilizers, harvesting, and managing the harvest?  If I had a good woman, I'd... try to put in my time.  But she'd have to be the boss on that.  Pretty much with the house too.  I'd cook, but it would be mostly meats.  And do a few other things.  Trash, recycling, vehicle maintenance and repairs... things like that.  It's... how it goes.

Yes, thinking out loud.  I know I am strange.  But... not... so strange as some might think.  I like dames, if sometimes in strange ways.  If too, that is how it goes no matter which way a normal wants to suggest, on any give day.  These things, affiliations, romances, business situations, and etc?  They are strange events.  They only make sense if one is a fool and submits to it, on either side.  But... it's a wonderful thing.  Or... so I say.

Day dreaming?  Aye.  Women do that to me.  Past, present, future.  They are every where I look.  Sometimes I have to, and should, look away.  Other times I can enjoy the view without... doing wrong.  Dames.  Annoying little pony creatures.  But... definitely gifts from God.  Even I know that.  Blathering, joyfully.  *grins*  Goodnight.
