Afternoon already!

I woke at around noonthirty.  It was 75 near me, up there, and 73 in the main with two windows open and a fan going, 72 everywhere down here with everything buttoned up, and 67 outdoors.  Stormy looking out there.  Not crashing down on us, but could tighten and pound at any moment.  Sort of expect it today, perhaps tomorrow, maybe both, and more?  Or... it'll all sneak off to Iowa.  Never can tell with certainty.

Weight is 227.2 this morning, blood sugar is 109 fasting (obviously).  With weekly, biweekly, and monthly averages as follows: 120, 133, and 153 perspectivally.  Good, very good.  And getting better.

Today?  I just... have to wake up.  The goals haven't changed.  Living room clearing, and cleaning.  That's all.  Oh, and pulling meat out to thaw.  Not even really all that hungry.  May just eat a day or two, to pump metabolism, then go back to fasting.  Bleh.  Later.
