Interesting reading.

.
.
My health is not the best at the moment. I am not physically ill, or as most understand illness, I think, or as far as I know. It would be best described as a bad case of accidental transcendentalism. Perhaps I should describe this phenomena. Have you ever been driving a long distance, or been doing anything for a longer period of time, and suddenly felt disconnected with your body? Have you ever felt as if you were merely looking through the eyes of another, with no physical, emotional, or spiritual attachment? It is pretty much like watching a movie filmed as if from the viewpoint of the subject of the movie. You see hands, you see the people met, you see trees, but there is simply no other sensation other than hearing if that is sometimes iffy too as some of sound is felt. You do not feel the breeze, you do not smell the flowers, you do not sense the keyboard.

If it stopped there, I think I would be better. But it does not. While I am away from the office, so to speak, my capacity to understand input is also damaged. Reading can be terribly afflicted, as the material is taken in by my eyes and sent through a long tunnel to a place where such things of the world have little connection with who and where I am. Still, I try. I can see patterns and designs in the words, and either like or dislike. And, from there, if I like and accept it as potentially viable or interesting, it turns into song and is reviewed in that manner. Some things, of deeper meaning, are more difficult to truly understand or even completely accept. But, if they fit with song, they are enjoyed. Now, what I mean by song is not that I literally sing it in my mind, but grappling with the material is akin to trying to put it into lyrics and fitting it to music, simplifying in one way, complicating it in another, but by different rules than most understand. I merely use music as a medium more might understand.

Ah, this must be leading somewhere, right? Yes, it is. I have been reading Mailvox: God detests you and loosely following some of the other topics of this line. Not everything written do I agree with, to be certain. I am more dogmatic, believing rather more literally. And, of course, the atheist is not even within my hearing. Partly because I am pretty sure I do not believe in his good faith questions. Or, more simply, I do not believe his questions are indeed in good faith. At best, the conversation seems to be a lab experiment, soullessly sent in boredom by the one with questions. I could be wrong, it has happened before. But the answers, in my current state, are rather interesting. So, I hum and figure, enjoy or sometimes not. But it is something to do while I float above it all. So, I thought I would share it from my weightless, gateless, windowless, void.

Oh, too, if my comments at your blog seem off, just understand. I really am out to lunch, dinner, breakfast, pasture, whatever. I never know when these will come or go. And my interaction with the world at these times is a little... different. As well, emotion and logic are not quite the same where I am. Sympathy, empathy, reasoning, and such simply are not the same here. So, please pardon.

I have booked a flight back this evening, but there might be a twilight zone storm, so, who knows. Until then, I will hum about you. Perhaps I will even sing if you have light in you.

Have a great... whatever!

  1. You hinted about this in my comments.
I should have stopped by sooner but the comment was in no way out of line or strange.
I hope the lay-over is short and the landing smooth, my friend.
Keep the seatbelt buckled until it comes to a complete stop.

  2. Huh?

    Oh, hi Jean. *grins*

It could be worse, if I were truly penniless I would be in real trouble. I'd freeze or something and never even know it. Or some odd thing like that. Seatbelt buckled, and it looks like I might be landing. I hope the weather is nice.

Oh, and never worry really. If I go over the line, do tell me. I honestly can't see from where I am. And, I won't take it really bad or anything weird. Though it may take a day or two for me to figure it out and apologize or try to splain myself, Lucy.

Thanks for the flight instructions! And, of course, the visit. If, that is, you and I are both real and this really did happen. I suppose, even if only one of us is real, it's the thought that counts? Sure brings new meaning to that phrase.
