I still don't get it.

.
.
Better, sure.  After a the fatted tea and no dose, blood sugar was 178.  After scrambled eggs, bacon, and plain tea, plus a dose of insulin, blood sugar was 162.  Fine.  Didn't... couldn't... eat, so didn't dose.  Blood sugar is 97 now.  It just doesn't make sense, or to me.  I will have a fatted coffee, but that is it for today, other than plain cold tea.

I haven't done a thing yet.  Couldn't.  Kept it on my mind, will get there.  Maybe in a bit, or tomorrow.  Some of it.  I'll keep at it.  Couldn't doesn't mean can't or won't.  It's in the past.  The future is full fat and hopeful.  Yeah, I'll figure it out.  I will get things done.  A fatted coffee might help.  Later.

Blood sugar was 113 with nothing but plain tea then 142 after a fatted coffee.  I will take a reduced shot of insulin, the rest of medicine, then on to bed.  Better, I think.  Getting used to going without sweetener is a pain, but necessary.  It seems to not have much effect until blood sugar, or mine at least, drops.  It appears as if insulin sensitivity increases the less of it there is available bodily, again that is my particulars.

I also suspect, at some point, that sensitivity goes away.  If the reading can be kept low enough for long enough, something gets fixed in there.  As mentioned, I have had diabetes removed as a diagnosis at least twice, if I am sure thrice.  But without heart treatment I wasn't able to keep focused, to keep from going back to sugars.  While problematic, caffeine and sugar allowed more activity.  As with many medicines, the side effects can be worse than the disease.  It is still difficult to avoid what allows function, even if it is fatal in the shorter term.

Good night.
