Quite a little run.

.
.
Chores, if in parts.  Waterers needed warming, it was 36 out this morning. Everything else was done right when it was considered.  Between breaks, and working I got much of the other things on the list.  Unsure about the towels, though, I gave them a fresh hot wash.  They should be done, or shortly.  Dishes were given a first wash.

Chicken... I got tired of waiting for that to cool naturally.  It was almost there, so I did a vent.  Then separated the meat.  That will be very easy to debone.  And the broth is pretty good.  I will only add one or two packets of gelatin.  For as mildly as I spiced it, it sure tastes good.  I imagine the bones, with a touch of vinegar, pressure cooked for a couple of hours, will turn out quite well.

A few other things, between this and that.  Doing well, as things go.  I am hungry, but have eaten the last of the casserole.  I could make another, but... not yet.  Sardines?  maybe.  Don't knock it.  I don't eat sardines, or such, purely for flavor.  Those are for a bunch of vitamins and minerals, including iodine which I have stopped attempting to consume through salt.  I am guessing a lot of people, who get no iodine through salt, or anything else because they think it is icky, will soon have troubles.

Yes, quite a bit.  I actually did most of it in short order.  Getting pretty tired though.  Not much I can do more, for the moment.  A bit of a rest.  The goal is to get the towels to the line, finish the dishes to get a shower, remove the meat from the bones and put the stock back to pressure cooking, if I might take a bit of just juice and chicken for a small soup?  Sure.

I would then very much like to sleep.  But I am trying to stay up, to around the time I went to bed yesterday.  I don't know if I can make it, but I will try.  Oh, maybe a few phone calls.  I wonder if my mother is up today.  Or... willing to answer.  I... make her angry, from time to time.
