I also got the dishes to wash.  Well, I will have to add a bowl and a few utensils after I finish.  I... mixed and matched recipes.  Mostly just one, only adding xanthan gum.  I do believe that will work out well.  Guar gum, that, phylum husk, and a few others work nearly interchangeably, as long as there is enough moisture.  I had to add water, the mix was far too thick,  It may still be too thick.  Letting it set for ten minutes, while the griddle heats, will let me know.  Fine... just more waffles!  Too many?  A few in the fridge, as buns for burgers or else.  A few in the freezer, for quick meals in the near future.  Ah... the addition of the gum, that would, may yet, require more water.  Cream won't do it.  I doubt if milk will.  Water.

I won't do the soufflés tonight.  I'll put those eggs back in the reefer.  Only out for a few hours, should be good.  Tomorrow.  Onion, cheese, and maybe peperoni?  Who knows, might as well have fun with it.  I should be dead.  Not only will I walk on my grave, I am going to dance, and have a merry time doing so.  Oh, yes, I am enjoying my little, "short", escape from the grave.
