While I am trying to wake?

.
.
It is 13:10.  I sit here, as I have all morning, just... sitting here.

Oh, well, I have been looking over Spanish videos.  I do know some rare Spanish words.  Denada, por favor, spelling?  Uno, cinco, and others.  But, as with German and French, it has been so long since I used any of it, or even really heard it, that it's just garbled... gobbledygook.  Still, unlike, say Japanese, or Khmer, or Russian even, I have a background in the language.

Well, now, Argentina has it's own version.  Though a bit of study will fix that.  Especially knowing, up front, while studying Spanish again, that is... something that can be baked into the process.  Even so, it is still a lot of work.  I never became truly fluent in Spanish.  French and German, but not Spanish, or Italian.  I just got a touch of those.  But... there are similarities.  Then again, as mentioned, they are all rather dated... the skills.

Even so, I am going to begin studying.  Japanese?  When I realized foreigners, while somewhat welcomed, are more like exotic pets?  Which, is fine.  It makes sense.  I... just... didn't quite have the same interest.  That is a lot of effort for very little return.  Argentinian?  I could, probably, possibly, fit in there.  Always as an outsider.  But, not... purely foreign.  It is a nation of foreigners.  As, I suppose, America... to one extent or another.

But, no videos on that.  Just saying I am kicking over the old tongue, seeing what might be revived.  A polyglot?  I'm not sure I see the reason.  Though two tongues would be good.  It's just that, if I am going to ask another nation to take me in, I do have an obligation to learn.  It's on me.  Even bringing my own income, I... am at their disposal... until I earn my way in more ways than just paying my rent.

Moms and women.  One can only be the other, but the other isn't always the one.  Still, they are at least sisters, no pun intended.  And... all of the above are crazy.  Pun intended?  No pun you say?  Funny, I could have sworn...  Anyway...  Saw this one doing something.  Looked... interesting.  Gave it more of a look, and?  I think I'll try it.  I have problems with towels fitting my towel drawers.  Size matters.  But so too, numbers.  This might work.  Will try, next time I do a load, and let you know.  Yeah, crazy.  I'm sticking with that.  Just, not judging that as a necessarily bad thing.  It's... how the world gets folded?

Ah, and speaking of women.  But... still... she can cook.  I saw this, and food is just... one of those things.  My own mother could cook in at least two languages as well.  It is a thing.  But, the cheese?  I have wanted to try that cheese for longer than you can imagine.  I... knew the locally available was simply not it.  And, while I could find recipes for other foods, from kefir to... who knows, that did work, and I could do, this remained hidden behind a wall of shadow.  Finally, now I know.  Not sure I am up to it.  But... I... now know.  For that, alone, I am grateful.

And this last is just... a bit of fantasy.  As mentioned, I wouldn't, couldn't, afford a vehicle, to haul around a toy hauler or trailer, made into a camper or not.  The value loss, off the lot, the money dump, the expense of fuel... diesel or gas, the end of the road roaming by coming laws and social dissatisfaction.  Mostly the government wants you in a single place, and non-mobile.  You threaten it's ability to control, tax, and the partial slave labor market of being mobile.  I am sure Feudal lords didn't allow peasants horses, for much the same reason.

Still, I like the looks of the thing, with a few caveats.  One of the commenters gave a list.  It needs to have serious horsepower... it needs to be 4x4, or have that available... not full time, and it needs to be 1 ton, with a 10k hauling capacity 3k cargo, or more.  But... yes.  I... could really think of such a thing.  However, with the wants given?  I would say that would price out, given unions, and GM, at $70-80k, basic.  And go up from there.  For me, basic might work... if that included 4x4, large engine, and towing package.  I'd want the cargo area clear, to turn into a cabin, or tool shed.  Well, and all in a fantasy world.

The world, America, everywhere, is about to hit the bricks.  Including the BRICS.

I am not sure if that is merely the way it had to go?  Is the system being used broken?  Well, yes.  You have to understand, any economy built on interest rates, usury really, has to fail.  It has always failed.  Every time it has been used.  Whether by church groups, such as the Knights Templar (most likely), to every group or people or nation or empire which has tried it.

It's like, economically, dancing using ecstasy/molly.  It seems like it will last forever, using energy as if it was water.  And, for a while, it works.  But, nothing productive, actually productive, the making of real goods or provision of true services, occurs.  Actually, those become stunted, rejected.  Things, such as morals, and ethics, too, are removed from the equations.  And, in the end, one finds oneself dancing alone.

The lights are starting to blink.  How many nations, is it, which are now like Sri Lanka?  There are three or four which have already hit, and about a dozen or two going there very quickly (or already there, just not important enough to make "the news").  What is happening there, in China, in Japan, in Russia, in Europe, it's all going to go back to the source, soon or late.  It has nothing to do with politics.  This was everybody trying to live on hopium.  And live large we have.

Besides?  If I want a bigger diesel?  A few years old?  All I have to do is wait.  What comes up, will come down.  And... I mean down.  Beside those which get repoed, will be those which just bring them back, along with what is often brought in by people and companies which buy new.  Prices will drop.  But... nah.  If you can't afford to be in the game, as is.  And you know it is going to only get worse?  Grab your chips and find a different game.  One where the rules and options are more favorable.

Still, I can like an idea, or vehicle.  It's fantasy.  Fuel prices have killed any want of big vehicles.  Certainly the opportunity for buyers, because manufacturers, much like oil companies, see the writing on the dictated wall, and will not go there.  They will not risk their finances with a tyrannical government, that has shown it can fearlessly steal an election and then completely destroy a nations economy.  They... won't go there.  And shouldn't.  More... look for a return to Chevettes and such.  Electric.  Even if they are harder on the environment, in production, use, and recycling.  And the power grid can't handle them at the current 1% of vehicles on the road, so imagine even 30%.  But... can't deal with tyrants, so best to move.

Later.
