Had to wake a bit early.  Pee jug was full, and the rest are down here, needed cleaned and bleached.  No choice.

I am sleeping much better.  I have sorted a few things, including a new way to keep most of the blankets together.  The two tops one usually get sluffed off at some point, the the main three, and electric, stay in one package, together, parallel, and even easily reset in the morning.  Even the two which are sluffed off stay together as a set.

Not only is the bed much easier to make in the morning, I sleep so much better, and warmer, through the night.  It doesn't matter if it gets down to the 40's or is in the higher 50's, life is much easier.  With sleep tended, I am better able to keep a day and night.  Strange, that.  I didn't think that was as much of a problem as it is obviously turning out to be.  Can't do much about summer... blast the ac, and pray, struggle.  But winters?  I think I have them down.

And I have kept my furnace at 68.  Some days, even so, are colder no matter.  Most days are comfortably warm.  Then again, I am dressing much more warmly, as well.  Even in pj's, I could go out into the cold for a goodly time, and be relatively comfortable with nothing else.  Toss on a parka, put on warmer boots, and I'd be good for the day, mostly.  Gloves too.

Taking a shower is a bit much.  I should turn the heat up for that.  But, honestly, it doesn't do much.  Last winter I was pushing the furnace into the mid 70's, even higher 70's, and it just wasn't helping.  Adding longjohns, always wearing socks, long sleeve t, layered with a short sleeve t or muscle shirt, and always with the house robe, socks, and shoes (even if unlaced, around the house).

Brushed my teeth, first thing.  Water is going, for tea in a bit.  Will look around the net, then game to wake up.  I will shower, but probably after a ten nap?  Yea, something like that.  Ten to noon, or 13:00, would be good.  Then a shower, brush my teeth again, and get ready.  If one is invited to a feast, dressing appropriately seems fitting.  I don't have dress clothes, but I have decent clothes, clean clothes, and will wear those.  And be presentable and clean myself.  Seems fair.

Well, on to the day.  Nearly four now.  A good start.  Would have tried to sleep to 04:30, but the bladder and tank issues wouldn't allow it.  Meh.  I've had worse.  Later.
