A good wake.

A bit late.  Down around 22:30, had hoped to wake at five.  Set the alarms for five and seven.  Heard the five, knew it wouldn't happen, shut that one down.  Hoping to be awake before the seven.  Nope.  Shut that one down too?  Must have.  Oh, but with plans to wake up.  So, was on the way.  Heard a beep.

A text.  Are you awake?  Thought that it would be that, or a cancelation.  Looks like it's good.  I just, fifteen minutes later, let him know I was awake.  Just needed to shower.  Which... I just am out of.  Took a long time, but... yeah.  Though I wanted to let my feet dry.  I dry them, very well, these days.  But too, want to let them air dry.

I finally have my feet in rather good condition, want to keep them that way.  No toe cheese, no smell, no thick layers of skin, caluses, or else.  It took a while, and some outside help for a while.  But, now, they... are good.  And I will do what it takes to keep them in good condition.

Oh, to get dressed, and let him know I am ready.  Some more work on the bike.  Some work on the main bathroom sink drain, and... some paperwork.  He can print some things.  The bike?  A 90 degree fuel filter, and maybe new hose if need be.  And, I'd like to check the front springs.  No work on them, just to know if they are stock or progressives.  Not even sure I will change them, unless I find that they are insufficient.  Right.

Taking medicine more regularly, so I cut todays pill to just one of the main one.  I will do that, and check bp through the week, see if that is enough.  Blood sugar is 135.  While not great, it is coming back down.  I'll just keep an eye on things.  Doc sent alogliptin, which I need to review.  The recommended dose is 6.5 mg per day, once per day.  Beside reviewing the medicine, and dose, I want to examine usage notes... see when, and why, exactly, this medicine is recommended.  Yea...

Well, on to getting dressed, sending a text, getting a coffee, and... figuring out the rest of the day.  Later.
