Cramps and dehydration.

.
.
No fair. No matter what I drink I can't catch up. No matter how much of what I drink can I make it through the dehydration. I am in some kind of systemic funk. At least now I realize what has been leading me into exhaustion. The signs weren't clear enough before. I have been missing my potassium often. I don't think that is the problem though. Worse, I am a little nervous about all that brushing. Simply, when I brush and gargle, being extremely dehydrated (to the point my eyes hurt), my body is absorbing all that goop like a sponge. I do worry that brushing and gargling might, by themselves, be adding to the problem. I've always, since I started brushing and gargling, had and have a very strange taste (sort of like dark chocolate) in my mouth and a slightly sore throat, toward the back edge of my throat. These things have increasingly become more pronounced. Super absorption due to dehydration which leads to worse dehydration? I am not sure. The medicines alone never did this. I've got to find something to relieve my dry throat.

Oh, super! I just woke. And, looking at my watch, I wasn't sure if I could possibly make it to Mass at noon. With less than an hour, and counting, to get myself together and get out the door, the prospect was quite dubious. But... it is Saturday! I don't have to be out the door until 16:20-30. I am not even going to guarantee that. I am only going to suggest that my test is not yet at hand. Tomorrow will be the real test though. Two Masses, one quite early.

I went through the Joyous mysteries using the rosary last night. The instructions I have are a little light on detail, and I know I made mistakes beside that. I can't find the cd. I might be able to find a recording. The problem is, you never know if the recording is wrong if you don't know the right way to start with. I'll figure it out. I am not, at the moment, going to worry about which day to do which of the sets. After I get better with the prayers, and their order, and a basic familiarity with the various sets of contemplations, then I'll figure out which is to be used when. Finally, I am doing even this too.

Hmm, I might have some olive juice around somewhere. That might tear through the throat grime from dehydration, making drinking what might help easier. I also ought to check the leg of lamb to see if it is fully thawed. Refrigerated thawing is an iffy thing.

Good day.
