Sleep was fantastic.

.
.
I have no idea when I went to bed.  No, I didn't stay awake long enough to get to watering.  I know I heard the phone but there was no way to answer it.  Of course,  I didn't , at the time, know if that was a dream or real, as if it mattered.  I would guess 18:00-19:00, give or take change.  Lights out.  As far as sleep goes, that was as close to perfect as I have ever known.  Comfortable, resting, and the waking was a flawless blurry cool morning ascent into consciousness.  Stats and weight, including blood sugar which was 168.

This, right now, is probably the one time in my life where recovering is possible.  I have the potential to exercise, all of my illness are being treated, and I am in a situation in which I have the freedoms required to begin climbing out of the hole.  I can't quite do it on my own, as is, though.  That has become obvious.  If there is a time for my doctor to consider tinkering, this is it.  And, really, at my age, it is now or never.  Though I have to tell you, if it goes forth, but I am still fail in a few years, I will... back down.  Not quit, really.  Simply I will sell out, move to a retirement community or such, and... retire.  If I can't make it on my own it will be time to surrender to the realities of my illnesses.  A thirty year fight to rise will have been enough.  Of course, then I will have the freedom to ghost, if not the strength perhaps.  Then again, a proper ghost doesn't use all that much strength.  It's more a matter of traveling light, and smart by design, if invisibly.
