After the complete main video, then the one on just the general technique, I moved on to a video of his about materials. And, will be looking at one on needles, next. Not sure it's enough. But... it's... a start. I'll review certain ones, shortly. Taking notes. Then take the notes in to several fabric shops, do some pricing if the mats are available. Materials = mats, by the way.
You don't just buy fabric. There is also thread, seam sealers, tapes, and washing and waterproofing chemicals available. Some are required, being cautious with what you buy will save some trouble, and some are options. I would almost guess there are strips you can sew in, then iron, which will manage needle holes. Or, possibly, thread which will partly melt and close the holes as well. Maybe.
Cream and sour cream arrived. I had the door open, but with a stopper down. Otherwise the door blows open. I was in here all morning, and had just stepped away for a few moments. I have an umbrella rack between the door and the frame, otherwise, again, the door would slam shut eventually. So, he had to climb over. Tricky... the way things need to be in order to do the things you need them to do, sometimes.
I think I'll get a bucket of water, and reset the few waterers which needed refilling today. Well, after I wash the sprout tray I purchased to try. I have tried the jars, but wasn't happy with those. I wanted to try something else. Though, perhaps, I found the problem. I didn't realize you weren't supposed to put the sprouts in direct sunlight. Yea, okay. Anyway... I'll try this multilevel sprouting tray, since I have it.
Initially, after cleaning and rinsing, I'll just set up two of the four trays. Give those, say, three or four days. If something is going, keep at it. If not, restart? Or a few more days, then a restart? Though, really, I'd like to have two trays going well, then after a week, start another tray. Then a tray a week after? Something like that. Or every other week. Depends on how fast I go through this stuff, and how fast it grows.
Don't think hippie, think cheap fresh greens. Basically small salad makings. Goes will with fats... dressings. Just make sure they are better dressings. No canola, definitely no soy or sunflower or such oils. Extremely high in omega 6s. Your problem with omega 3 to 6 ratios isn't caused by eating meats, it's caused by eating chemically created oils. Meat isn't the problem. And they know it.
Well, after getting that clean and started, I will go on up and do some work. I had wanted to do dishes, but I'll get to those later. One more video to watch, then upstairs. Needles... for the sewing machine. Not sure how involved that is, but I do want to know. I'll get to dishes later.
Actually? I think I want to eat first. A couple of pieces of chicken drumsticks, the last half of the potato, and the veggies. I save it all. I'll have some of the roast later. Maybe. It is getting warm, in the front room... 86. But it is in the mid to low 70s elsewhere in the house and upstairs, I think. I'll... keep at it. But food first, maybe a nap next, then some work up there, dishes later, and a bit of roast for supper? Who knows. It's the plan.
