I was only able to stay awake about four hours after waking so oddly this morning. But I used that time as efficiently as I am able. I did a couple of loads of laundry, seriously pondered working on the drywall but it really is too dark to try to cut the holes to exacting angles and straight lines as dark as it was, as well as doing a number of other little things. Researching this and that as well. But when the timer hit four hours I fell like a rider rent with one too many arrows. Ah, but such a wonderful sleep.
Waking, I see it has snowed, again. Perhaps I noticed that before I went to sleep, if I simply can't be sure. My friend suggested it was set to snow for, say, three more days more or less. It seems to be snowing overnight, mostly. My back has become verbal. Every time my brain and the rest of my body think about grabbing the broom my back yelps and kicks me. I may try it anyway, just... because I... No, I'm not a masochist. I just don't like being held at nerve-point. Well, and I tinker with pain, when I have enough going. And I like fulfilling my will over my way, there is strength to be earned in that. I won't swear I will get to it today, but it is on my mind. I don't feel like it, otherwise, either. But, that's not always the point either. I don't do things 'when I feel like it', I do things when I can or must regardless of how I feel, despite what some truly might think. Some can't tell the difference. Neither can I always, absolutely. But when it gets thin enough that I can't do it, the difference is negligible between why this way or why that way. Uhrm, usually.
I didn't wake until almost 14:00 after going to bed at, about, half past 8:00. Whatever. The increased dose, the dropping bp, the weather, the season, still needing to rest up a bit after my mother's visit, could any or all be the sole culprit, but combined? I am probably lucky I am not crawling around like a whipped cur. Yep. So I'll take this minor inconvenience with a glad continence and nature, and use what time I have in the waking world to do my will and tend the way. Laundry has been set back in motion, dishes are in a fresh soak, a pot of coffee has been lit, and I am thinking about... what next. That driveway is looking mighty tempting, that's all I'm saying... Though I may try to get a the drywall squared and cleaned, the replacement drywall cut, boards found, and the first steps in repairing that going. Then see if I am still up to being a great big little boy by playing with snow and will and the broom.
Good day.
