I made it to bed.

.
.
Couldn't sleep.  I need to get the trash and recycling collected and out.  It just sat there, on my mind.  And yet I cannot seem to just do it.  Not in one fell swoop.  I've collected from in here and the living room, mostly.  I've pulled the trash.  I need to add some of the bags of leaves as well.  I also need to, after seeing how much room in the recycling, figure out how many of the torn-down box cardboard I can fit in.  If there is extra room, I would like to tear down more boxes.  I'm simply having trouble.  I can't sleep but I can't seem to work.  Bits and pieces.  I made a cup of coffee, and another pot of coffee.  It's just one of those nights.

I simply can't pull myself together.  Nothing is working, save my mind to a minor degree.  I suppose, until I can get to the trash and recycling again, I might as well find out more about those books I purchased.  I am hungry for good plain reading fun, even if it moves along at a snails pace.  And I'd like to see if those who have suggested the authors are good are setting me right.

Oh, I also started digging into alternative treatments for CHF.  I found a number of them that I was not familiar with, did a bit of research, and put them in my basket at Amazon.  Look, what I am doing is okay.  But it's not quite pushing things as well as I had hoped.  And I have reached the end of the line as to increasing the dosages.  Simply, the medicine at higher doses is as bad as the condition, sometimes worse.  More so when I struggle to get back on them, or fall off them.  Messy.  So, I figure, if they can't do it, perhaps I can.  Or at least, perhaps, I can add to what they offer.

On the good side, my neighbor didn't see a problem.  Then again, as I suggested, while I did fall, it wasn't a complete fall.  Gosh, I hope I am not, somehow, still falling... just waiting to hit bottom!  I shouldn't think like that.  I really shouldn't.  Horror doesn't terrify me, this thought does.  You probably have never hit this kind of health bottom, the kind that now worries me.  I have.  Won't kill me but it sure is tough to escape.  Never mind... just night terrors and grumbling.  Later, or good night.
