Wrestling with the wind.

.
.
I stopped trying to make things happen and just let them happen, sleep, work, waking...  I just let go of the wheel.  I was doing fine until Friday, I think, then things just started coming off the rails.  No problem.  This time I saw it and let go before it all tore me apart.  There is a time you can ride the bull, there is a time to get off, and there is a time where even approaching the cage is known to be the wrong choice.

In this case, just letting go and going... native?  Just doing what works, without too much... or any... forethought.  Just letting instincts and action and reaction take the lead.  I didn't go down until very late.  I didn't wake until even later.  So be it.  I didn't want to wake up under a loadstone, and waited until I wouldn't.  Then?  Then right into the storm.

I tore into the dishes that I set to soak.  Washing them all, cleaning the tub and setting them to a fresh soak.  Then I went to my spare bedroom and started ripping into that.  Not bad, I kicked that out in... probably no more than fifteen minutes.  That is now ready, should I decide to do so, to sleep in there while I rip into my bedroom.  Then I started... ripping into my bedroom.

Oh... my...  That is... going to take a bit.  The first thing is to sort wash out.  There was... hrm... a bit.  But, actually, before that gets finished, I will probably do what I dreamed about first... clean out the closet... top to bottom.  Everything comes out, every surface will be cleaned, then rinsed, vacuumed, dusted, and whatever else I think is necessary.  THEN I hit every stitch of clothes, every functional and spare blanket, sheet sets, everything!  As I do these, in small batches, I will begin putting things in very specific places.  I have purchased a number of items, so that along with my dresser, I should have easy right room for every stitch.

Now, while doing this, clothes that are tattered, faded, not worn or even liked, are going into a bag(s).  Since clean, I am not going to worry about folding.  Those will go away.  While I am sorting, folding, storing, I will hit the other parts of the bedroom.  Oh, and treat the room for bugs.  Oh, nothing special, just the normal treatment that really helps a home.  Being that I will be sleeping in the spare bedroom, I can close it up.  I won't be doing too potent of a stuff... it just has to be dry before the area is pet-safe... mostly.  As well, I will probably hit it with (food grade) diatomaceous earth, let that work for a few days... probably along with baking soda, then vacuum that up in a couple days, or when I finish.  Yeah... I am finally going to really throw myself at it.

I was amazed at how much I got done in one throw.  And yet, it... I felt it.  Oh, sweet Lord, please watch over your foolish monster's monster.  A hunter, not before Thee, but a hunter, if an old one.  Amen.

Welp!?!  Later.  I'll take a bit of a break, then hit the dishes, take a shower, then put them in for a rinse.  Another break and then laundry will be sorted into types... to make room TO get to the closet.  Another break, or maybe tomorrow, I will then hit the closet.  Oh... hep me, hep me, hep me.  Yeah, later.
