I am still having to fight through a bit.  Work is a strain.  Since waking I have been working well enough.  I buffed the wax off a small single-burner electric 'glass top' device, washed the dishes, putting drying and putting up the glass and metal, letting the plastic go through another hot rinse at the moment.  As well, I replaced the shower curtain, inner and outer, which along with towels I put in the washing machine and started.  A few items have been set closer to where they will go.  Something I have added to my prep mechanical supplies are a large set of sets of epoxy.  It's handy stuff, along with several types of Goop, it can make life easier, whether shtf or not.  I would like to add more goop to my collection as well.  Not sure how long the stuff lasts on the shelf, unopened.  Will find out, most likely.

I am taking a bit of a break.  After, back to the dishes.  Then a shower.  When the sun comes up, I might begin tinkering with the extra worm bin, and transferring half of the critters to the new bin.  It might not be fancy, but I am past that.  I will not become a billionaire.  So I best begin learning how to live without all those bucks.  *grins*  If I can get that done, I would then like to work on mixing and matching the soil in the big planter along with what I purchased and planting some of those items.

I have decided, if all else works out well enough, I may attempt to plant a few tomato and hot pepper plants in planters this summer.  Just enough that I might enjoy some fresh fruits this summer.  If I end up with a bumper crop, I might even attempt canning some of it.  Next year, perhaps, I'll have a few raised beds just for those.  I simply won't try to row-crop items.  Way too much work.  I am excited to begin messing with this stuff again.  And, yeah, I may attempt to trickle-water these items, somehow.  One more think to tinker with, I suppose?

If, and I do mean if, I get to those things, or mostly, at some point I may get to removing more sod from the raspberry area, doing a bit of weeding in the plot I dug, then putting cardboard, then plastic, over those beds until they are ready.  When I plant, I may simply cut slits, or crosses, through the plastic and cardboard, plant, then remove the plastic, leave the cardboard, and mulch right on top of the cardboard?  Very maybe, baby!

It's a kick, kids.  I am really enjoying this.  I might be running into serious walls, falling down, and having trouble with it all, but... okay.  Later.
