Someone will be looking soon, to place a bid.  Not looking like the numbers I want, but... with just a bit of a boost, maybe?  If some things stayed, I'd want more.  If it is a key drop?  Cool, but I'll need time to sell some things.  I won't give a steal deal, and have to short time it, plus leave all assets.  No.  One, maybe.  The other, okay.  Not both.  You don't get freebies going both ways.

The idea of getting out, near the angle I want, with some loses and some benefits, at near the price?  Not optimal, but...  Could find a place to rent.  Do want to get the eye surgeries, if going overseas.  And, need to get paperwork squared, visa obtained, and some government paperwork set up.  Would take a year.  Still doubt if I we will get even close.  But... you never know.  There is some small hope.

Will find out before long.

Still haven't heard back about insurance.  But sounded pretty solid.

If the sale number can be settled, I'll expect 10% down, to lubricate the extraction, and open a few doors... and shut a few other doors.  As soon as that is done, cashed, I'd be looking at being out in three months.  But... no improvements would be made, other than possibly emptying some of the place, or the whole place for... more.  Faster?  More money.  If I have to leave most things, I... would have to have more to replace.  I really don't think I could do faster than two months without a huge bonus.  Not worth it for them.  Ugh.  Or me.

Again, I have very serious doubts.  We'll see soon enough.
