Well?

.
.
Laundry was started.  Some of the steak eaten.  Sassy was fed.  And I did get the saw on the stand, but realized there were other parts.  Problem?  The parts were for handles... handles that didn't arrive in the packaging.  So... I called.  Surprised they answered.

After figuring out their system, so I didn't have to talk to a "computer", I got to where they would call me back, without losing my place?  Or, the wait was a minute.  So, I went with the call back option.  No... just... no.  They wanted me to put in a time for them to call me back.  So I put in a half hour.  Nope.  They wouldn't call back until midafternoon, 14:30, or somesuch?  NO!

Soo... I ditched that call, clawed my way back through, and waited the damned minute.  Service was reasonable.  Couldn't understand him.  He had a mexican name, but sounded way dot indian.  Whatever.  He got the model number, and wanted something else.  I had to look around, but found some other digit he needed.  Good, good.  So... two weeks?  Really?  What can you do.  I can put it on the stand.  It's just... clutzy to maneuver on, off, over, etc, without the handles.  And, I may have to take it off the stand when they arrive?  Or... maybe get them on from underneath while the stand is up?  Ugh.  The thing weighs a ton, about ~56 pounds... or so.  That isn't huge weight, but when much of it has to be lifted using one arm, that... gets heavy in a hurry.  I've been wrestling with the thing for days.  Add the stand, is ~81 pounds.  And, yes, I have had to pump the two, one handed, some not insignificant numbers of times.

At least I still can, if it's a bit of a test.  Hasn't ripped muscles up, just a bit of joint discomfort to be honest.  But it does wear me out.  Yea, even so, glad to get to things.  Do things.  I'll... put it together.  I don't need the handles, when on the stand, technically.  But it makes getting it off and on a lot easier, or I think it would.  Or I wouldn't have bothered ordering.  Bah!

I know, politically?  I think I'm still pretty to the right of even president Trump.  Happy enough with what he is doing, save... some things.  Women's sports?  They vote left, I want them to suffer the consequences of their politics.  Democrats shouldn't be allowed to own firearms, should be required to take the vax and all of the updates, on all the vaxes, ever, and forever.  Men are spending money, from our sports, for their subpar efforts.  Other than maybe volleyball and gymnastics, the rest of women's sports is less than a joke, and a drag on men's sports.  If women want equality, compete against the main boys, or pay their own way.

Sports isn't even good for women.  When their body fat gets below a certain amount, they become infertile.  Feckless cvnts?  Or some such, I think one of them inferred to a conservative woman.  But, really, they project, only project.  And... the woman wasn't even really a conservative.

So... yes.  Women have zero clearance on that.  Pay their own way, vote for what they get, or suffer.  As I said to my friend, I might be a freak, but I'm not on the side of freaks, though neither the left, feminism, or else.  He... didn't like the idea, but... was... trying to sort out the political culpability I was suggesting, and that their sports are paid for with mens' sports.  I'm just not quite sure he... wanted to accept that.

I also talk to guys, when they are getting married.  Some can't hear, some won't.  But... this woman sort of put it out there.  That IS America, and American women, these days.  The vast majority.  Before they could walk away with everything, and the kids, it was... slightly different.  Now?  It depends on their mood, on any given day.

The last stable generation was boomers, mostly.  And, really, the quiet gen, sort of.  Before that, though, yeah.  Marriage was ninety some percent a once and done.  If a woman was being beat, she ran away or figured it out.  No more drink, abiding, or this and that.  Though, too, if a man lost it all, he might well just disappear.  But that was rare enough to be a big thing.  Write songs about, epics.  Now, it's bread and butter.

Does your wife follow our lead, or do she wear the pants.  Seriously.  And... do you realize?  If she wears the pants, she will definitely drop you at some point.  If you aren't boss, you are toast.  Just how it goes.  Women HATE followers, friend zone guys, almost as much as she dislikes men in general.  *grins*

Anyway... a shower?  After I get a break from wrestling with the saw, then get it back on the platform.  Then take another break.  If I can get to that, I'll take another break, then a shower.  Then load dishes to soak, check on laundry, and... I don't know.  I am weary, from the work?  But not terribly tired, or sore.  So... it's all good.  Later.
