Twitching but awake.

.
.
Yeah, it has been a tough couple of days. Sleep is difficult, adding in a doorbell and it was murder. I am not sure what I can do, but having started with tasks, even though I don't feel like continuing, seeing the carrot of partially completed tasks drives me on. Little areas looking better today than for days or weeks, jobs in themselves half or more completed, and little things I have been wanting to complete which haven't be touched in a bit are everywhere. I need some time to get my bean wrapped around life but there seems to be no time like the present. Food would help but none is just sitting there, ready to be consumed. So, perhaps a shower, a trip to town to grab a bit, eating a bite, recovering from that, then on to work. It is the plan, whatever really happens.

I have loaded two pounds of beans into the soaking pot. I have a ham thawed for when it is time. A little bit of sour cream, or whole whipping cream, might be good. I know I have no whipping cream so I best check on sour cream before I head to town. That adds a richness when the beans and ham become a little stale from eating it a bit too often over a short time. The ham and beans should give me a good week of plentiful eating, maybe two. A loaf of good bread or rolls would add to that greatly. This time I ought to freeze about half of my production, but that ends up being a lot of work I am not sure I can do. Splitting off and cutting up the ham, portioning out bits ham to the various containers, all of it going into a half dozen containers or back into the cookpot, then being allowed to cool enough to freeze. It's a goal.

Well, on to... waking up. Good "day".
