A call, two.

.
.
Don't know when the first one came in.  I heard the last but couldn't quite fumble awake immediately but started pushing when I heard it.  Down midmorning sometime.  Pouring coffee down the gullet, and doing "news" and blog reviews.  Do I even understand what I am seeing?  Who knows.  Perhaps, like a trout... if it looks good, strike.  Hmm, maybe I shouldn't comment.  Like I could stop that, but the notion is there.  Mornings and nights... or waking and bedtime I should say, are when I am at my most lethal.  Nothing like having to fly through hell back to the land of the living to make one... pleasant.  Don't know why, but getting to sleep, and waking up, when they are tough, are horrible.  Psychically walking on broken glass with bare feet.  At least the coffee tastes good.  And I recover well enough.

A shower, though, and some grooming then getting dressed.  I don't write that as an information piece, but as a goal, or when completed, an attaboy.   Sometimes it's all I have.  Today, hopefully, not so much.  After that I will call my friend and see if there is still time.  I just hope he doesn't hate me too much.
Pushing, weather, and yeah probably the medicine stoppage that started out as a refresher (if it was actually merely that it got forgotten and I build a story around that), all combined have taken me down a notch.  Still no sun today.  Yeah, as much as I don't always like the sun, I do sort of... it helps.  At least when I can be awake during the day.  No, don't need it every day.  But in recovery, or several days in a row during a week.  Not my call, I just get to handle the consequences of not.  But, this was a compilation, so...  Not worried.  And, I'm getting back in the saddle.
What was it?  It's not whether you fall, only how well you bounce when you hit?  The ol' boy still has some bounce in him.  *grin*  I just wouldn't count on that bounce recharging any batteries.  Still, I'll do what I can and take what is there.  I best get to it.  Later.

  1. Don't I ever know the feeling .. the bear within the teddy bear. That's me on a lack of sleep.

  2. I can just imagine you coming out of your shell. There is a term for that. Ragnarök!?!

It's nice that my efforts with photos, as obtuse as they might be, make sense to some, exactly as they were intended. I don't always hide, or at least just, because I feel weak. GrwwwRoar! Teh Gloom(tm)~ Or just making no sense while floating on and in emptiness.
