Midnight? I went down for a nap. Was it 1:00, 11:48, I just can't remember. I slept well enough, if perhaps a bit long for a nap. Needed, wanted, done. It will take a bit to wake. But then I will be hitting the table finally, and floors. Which means dishes. Everything on the table was clean when put there. Time has a way of changing states. I should have space, now, for the clutter. The vacuum sealer and bags, and other things, can go onto the new shelving, canning jars odds and ends can go into the carts. I'll have to make room for soup bowls which have been haunting the table. Cleared, clean, and kept that way.
A shower and shave will be my reward. Then to clear anything remaining on the floor, then sweep and mop. Then to figure out the hall and back porch floors. Tools, junk, stuff, sorted, restored, organized elsewhere, or tossed. It took all week to get to the table. I'll enjoy this. When will it will actually be finished? I am hoping today. But when I remove things, I mean anything I move to have a permanent new home. And I tend to get sidetracked on larger, more complex, fiddly jobs, of which this could be the poster child. And that is assuming I can get back to work. I have been pushing.
The clock says 4:07, and I am overheating. A big jug of cold tea, turn the furnace to 68, then chill a bit, in hopes of digging in before long. Later.
