Sleep was dizzyingly deep.

.
.
I must be pushing the far edges of my capacity.  I am sleeping so deeply my lungs ache a bit when I wake.  As well, I am literally a bit dizzy.  I can, oddly, still pop out of bed and go to things.  I think I went down around noon.  I just woke around 19:30.  A little tight today, I won't be doing as much.

The bread didn't work out, if I know why.  I used half regular spelt and half sprouted, which would have been fine.  I used all regular spelt last time.  The problem is I didn't give the sourdough enough time to work (at least) on the regular spelt.  I believe it probably needs just as long for sprouted wheats, if that needs to be confirmed (not for phytic(sp?) acid, but for leavening).  Fine, it's a learning process.  I just hadn't expected it to call for so much flour.  In my exhaustion and hurry I took the easy rout.  Learn best by loss.  *toss*

Next I Checked the sprouting whole regular wheat.  The shoots must have just popped, perfect.  Into the dehydrator.  I have two sorts of tray inserts, I tried the whole sheets last time, the perforated this time.  The whole sheets are the better.  The berries can fall through wet, more so dried.  At 2:00 I would like to remove and weigh, then, in theory, every two hours after, until pre and post mass parity.  I may set up another batch.  This test sample isn't enough to use for a loaf.

Oh, how rude!  I'll bet it's been five years since I've had a zit.  On the left side of my bottom lip.  It's one of those that doesn't lend itself well to evacuation.  Did what I could, now just a red swollen mound, glaring at me, daring me to hurt it, and me, more. I probably will, until it dies or goes away.  I don't mind the pain.

Today?  The kitchen.  Ribs if they are still good.  Perhaps putting the kitchen carts together, and an umbrella stand.  If the carts are assembled, I'll put them into use.  Generally a easy day.  I'm not going to push and shove.  A shower and shave though.  Yeah.  A really good week so far.  Not everything I wanted, if more than I realized needed to be done was done and more than I had a right to hope was completed.  Can't knock it.  Even with only winning some, losing or tossing the rest.

First, a bit of time to more fully wake.  Dizziness is passing, a mild headache is replacing it.  Later.
