Up, and all.

.
.
Not staying up.  I had an event, but I am having to cancel.  I sent a text to the chief.  It is as much as I can do.

My heart hurts.  I took a handful of aspirin, for the pain and the particular sort of pain.  It can, has, helped.  I don't think I'll die, but I am toast.

I'll get back to bed when I can.  Shortly, hopefully.  Blood sugar is 131, not fasting.  Good enough, for... now.

It is 57 outside, and probably 74 as a high, in here, in the front room.  I have the ac downstairs off, and the fans.  Upstairs ac and fan are still going.  I'll turn one or both of those off as I go to bed.  Hmm, I sort of like the fan.  It allows sleep into even warmer temps with less fuss.

The ac is great, in keeping the room cool enough for me to get to sleep.  But makes it too cold for me to sleep well, with the outdoors getting so warm.  There seems to be some sort of limit to how much warmer or cooler the inside can be, for me to sleep well.  Which is more of a problem in the winter?  As I can't allow the house to get that cool... to stay within twenty degrees of the outdoors.

An odd thing, normal?  I just don't know.  Does... anyone check these things, legitimately?  All science is paycheck based.  They'll tell you whatever they were paid to tell you.  Not even sure they can actually sort these things out.  At least, I don't think they can.  Certainly not at this point.  I'm not even sure they can offer their clients the actual truth, even if both wanted that.

Ribs hurts.  But the heart is what feels like it was strained.  Not sure why.  I have slept enough.  It is cool enough, if it actually feels a bit warm?  Right, but I am wearing a long sleeved thermal, heavy pj's bottoms, compression socks,  So... right.  Hmm?  On to bed I do believe.  Back, upper, hurts too.  Strange.

Goodnight, good morning, good day.  Get to church, or say some prayers.  Extra, if you can.  Later, or much later.  Maybe much, much, later.  :)

  1. Sirloin worked out well yesterday, Salmon today, a bit underdone... Oh well. Finished the fish, if I'd have had anything with it I'd probably have gotten another serving out of it.
Dogs will have to share the skin.
The chest pain- With you being "active" recently, you COULD have popped a rib out of the sternum (I had a few "pop" out of place), lifting, and once in awhile large arm movements while doing anything will re-loosen the "attaching cartilage" pain bad enough to think heart attack. Was able to push the sternum and "pop" something and pain lessened. Skeletal, not internal, whew.
Or it could be something else... I know you pay attention.

  2. Waking, alive and all, it feels like I have been kicked in the 'units'. You know that stiffness you can get, in your midsection, after such an event? Or is that just me. A bit of the nausea. Just not sure what it is. Don't think it will be fatal. Not ribs, for good or ill. Just... something in there acting up. Maybe the liver kicking something through, or the kidneys fussing about this or that?

Still not feeling great, but not dead. That's... some days... as good as it gets. And I'll take it. Then again, if I die, I'll take that too. :p

Sirloin and salmon sounds like a good list of foods. Sometimes I like things with it, but these days, I just eat meat, so... or fish as it were. Oh, the doggie's will take what they can get, always more if they can get it. But... mostly... they will happily make do. They know you sometimes give more than you really want, just not always? They know. I swear, pets... get right into the mind, sometimes.
