Not sure what the problem is, exactly.

.
.
It has something to do with blood sugar though.  I took a fasting, or close to fasting, blood sugar test at around 18:00 yesterday.  It was 248.  I only had coffee until 23:00, took it again, it was at 251.  I realized I hadn't taken my shot, so I did that, then tested at 3:30, it was 264.  I though, perhaps, eating something might help.  So I ate some of the grain and beans, plus a couple of brots right after that, then tested at 5:34... it came in at 285.  Look, I am doing as much as well as I can, it just doesn't seem to matter.  I haven't missed a shot in... a good long time.  Food has been fairly regular and pretty good stuff.  My body simply isn't functioning well.

My blood pressure, a second reading anyway, was only 130/80~90 I thought.  So it's not bp.  Perhaps the whey water, or kefir, is simply wrong for my condition.  But soaking grains... I don't use full strength, just a tablespoon per cup of water.  You can soak those things in vinegar, or even lemon juice, instead of the whey water.  Honestly though, I don't think that will help.  Heat exhaustion?  Even with it being cooler than usual, that is possible.  I wish I had a way to test the medicine they are sending me though.  I am beginning to wonder if it is old, the wrong stuff...  Seriously, I don't trust them.  All of that seems really wrong.

One thing I remember, she wanted to send my scripts to a specific pharmacy.  The np I saw.  I was not interested in that.  I wanted scripts I could take anywhere.  If this is rigged, if the V.A. was pulling her strings, that would explain why she wouldn't even sign out scripts as she had said she would.  It is possible.  Yeah, I think they have that kind of pull.  And, no, doctors can't all or always be trusted.  Just some thoughts.
