A lot of things hurt.

.
.
It isn't everything anymore.  Just almost everything.  I don't know if I missed hammering on certain parts or if they buffed up well enough already.  Beyond the pain, with is milder compared to the worst I have seen recently, there is a tightness as if my skin and some muscle have become metal.  All good.  I'm down for more, if at a slower pace.

I was wise to let the sun do it's things.  Everything looks to have cleared off.  While I have started in on work yet today, I have been cooking or otherwise prepping food.  Shortly the beef heart, cabbage, and onion should be done.  I baked a few potatoes in there as well.  It's been a while since I have had potatoes at home.  Oh, and something I am doing with my sour cream is, once it is open, adding one to three table spoons of kefir, letting it sit at room temp until that gets going a bit, then using that instead of pure sour cream.  Why?  It breaks down the carbs, reducing the sugars, adding a sharper flavor, helping the sour cream last longer, while adding enzymes and other such that are good for the stomach.  I'm not sure how much I believe all these things, but I like the results I have been met with so far.  It sure makes the sour cream creamier, too.

If you do kefir, you might find yourself outnumbered.  If you have done kefir, you know exactly what I mean.  Beside realizing you have to toss some of it, it is also good to see how else you can use it.  Beside adding it to sour cream, I add it quite often to yogurt, of course milk and whole cream (and a mix... working to get the consistency I like), and then just eating it.  It would be great if you liked smoothies, which... I really just don't.

I'll hit the dishes after the meal and time to digest, perhaps even a nap.  Then I'll hit the drain.  After that I will just have to see what I can see.  I truly would love to balance the washing machine and get in to town for the last of the parts... and finish that whole portion yet today.  We will see.  Hmm... yeah, maybe more painkillers.  I have been skipping those as often and long as I can.  Even if heavy use is short term, I don't... I need to suffer.  I need the pain almost as much as I sometimes need the release from it... actually I need the pain more.  Not an addict, just a part of my flow chart system.

I think it is those who are addicted to, or the thought of, comfort who have it bad.  I can live without pain, or burrow through it... if I can stand.  They... can't.  Amen.
