Pain today.

.
.
I think this is the worst I have felt since I have started collecting aches and pains this last time.  And, I should think, as far back as that day, for no reason, I rolled out of bed into a hellish suffering.

Ribs, back, kidneys, biceps, quads...  What doesn't hurt?  I don't have a headache, or yet.  And my feet!  My feet don't hurt.  My legs do, beside the muscle, the skin.  I have stopped scrubbing the legs proper, as I think I overdid on those, and along with day and night wearing compression for a while, I think I have abraded the skin.  It's a good thing, needed it, but it hurts.  No, my heart actually doesn't feel stressed.

I believe all of the pain is muscle, or caused by muscle.  Kidneys?  Well, when you hurt, your muscles are too taught, they can compress organs, especially if you tighten muscles as a way of easing the pain either their or in another spot, or simply spasm.  Yeah.  My right hand doesn't hurt either, my left hand does, from spasms.  You would be surprised how much I have been using my hands for washing, wrenching, grabbing and moving weighty or even light material.  I am simply surprised that both hands aren't suffering.

It's actually a beautiful thing.  While I did work out, at one time, it was for strength, and eventually was just done when I couldn't keep myself busy enought with real doings.  Weights have their place, but... muscle wise, I always thought of them as lab created... something that looks good on paper but usually fails in the field.  Climb, carry, swim, hike at speed with gear, jump, push, pull, all real time real things.  Even obstacle courses are just fancier labs.  Make it real, have living strength and endurance enhancement methods.  Though for pure strength, even if it is lab born, nothing beats iron.  imho  Beautiful.

Can I keep at it?  I don't know.  I don't even think I took pain pills yesterday.  I simply kept forgetting.  I will today, first thing.  Dishes.  There aren't that many, at least not in the tub.  A rinse, a dry, and away.  Then I'll collect what else I can find, dress it fro washing, but put it in the tub dry.  Next I will take a look at the drain configuration and begin assembling.  I don't have the right cutter for abs... which I simply thought was a weird kind of pvc.  Right.  Too many things to do to get every detail.  Then again, maybe only a hacksaw will do.  I do have that.  Maybe there isn't a pipe cutter, or they don't use them, for abs piping?  Most cutters I have seen on youtube use various sorts of regular saws.  I do have a sawsall, not sure I have an 18 tooth per inch saw blade?  Then again, not sure I have such for my hacksaws.  Bleh.

We will see.  I just woke, slightly after 9:00.  If I can get some painkiller action going, perhaps I can be to dishes by noon.  That really won't take but maybe an hour, start to stop.  I may refresh the rinse before then, and shortly really, so it will just be a drain and dry operation.  Definitely under an hour.  Remember, drying dishes is never just drying dishes.  You have to put them up, perhaps grab new dry towels, then clean up the space, put up the tub, and... then mostly be done.  A break after that, then I'll begin looking for a saw or two that might work.  Barring that, I might be able to hit the sink.  That piping is easier to cut.  Yeah, I may end up having to go back in.  But this time I should have everything down pat.  Pipe sizing for the under the sink is the only pipe questions, and hacksaw and/or sawsall blades.  Hey, I'm getting there.

Yeah, I just took the pills before I skipped past them as I did yesterday.  I really need them today.
