What a push!

.
.
Sisyphus and boulder.  I am Sisyphus.  I am the boulder.

Moderns really do annoy me.  On the good side?  While I work with the boulder here, and now, and IN that God's name, they, in Godlessness, will do it for eternity.  I'll... take that bet, and offer wisdom as little as it is heeded.  Just another boulder, of another sort, I must endure in this life.  But for a worthy cause.  Amen.

I finished the dishes.  So many little pieces and bits and, and enough bigger pieces to make it... interesting... in a not so fun way.  Still, I bulldozed through.  Having finished, and set the dishes for a second soak and later wash... which I will set up after I post, I had to work on the drain more.  Plunging, using a tupperware bowl over the breather for the shower drain, over and over.  Giving it a break to fiddle with other things for just a second, then back to it.  Just muscling through isn't always the way.  That finally clearing, I then realized I had to wash the tub.  Yeah.  And I did.  I grabbed the knee pads, cleaner, dish rag, and a big carton of elbow grease.  It's clean(er), and runs  fast(er).  Then a shower.

I sure feel like that should be enough for today.  Then I started getting dressed.  Now I really feel like the day should be already surrendered, into the win pile.  But no.  I called the pharmacy and my scrips are... will be... ready for drive through.  This time my potassium is on 90 day supply, though... we will see.  Potassium and carvedilol, I have the rest.  Ugh.

Anything I am missing?  Gee, I don't know.  I have my list, I have everything I know about packed in the car.  The girls have been fed, watered, their boxes cleaned and stirred well, and are back in from being out just a bit.  Trying to keep on top of things when I am pushing this hard is difficult.

Hmm?  Let me see...  Recycling, pharmacy, hardware, afternoon brunch, dry cleaners, groceries, and then gassing up on the way out of town.  Ugh.  I think I can.  If I can get the boulder rolling downhill...  Wait!!!
