So horrible.

.
.
The pain, agony, from burning skin, the midsection, the fever, and else.  I just couldn't cool down, was heating up the downstairs in my terrible feverishness.  A handful of aspirin and back to bed.  At 8:30 I fell, at 15:30 I woke, in a seemingly much more fit state.  It is still 74° down here, as it was when I crashed. But it feels cool, not like a furnace.

I think a minor portion of the problem was pickle and olives on an empty stomach.  I don't mind that, but should follow it with a fatted drink or glass of milk to cut the sour brine.  It did break the locked fevered dry throat.  Breakfast is near, soaking chicken thighs in salt and herbs.  Should set the fresh tea to go.  And, yea.

The sleep was needed.  I more passed out from so much suffering, but the sleep and the cool relaxed the poisons.  There are still bits, that without care could become inflamed.  But care is being tendered.  I am moving slowly if at all.  It is a rough one, but I think I can get through without too much more pain.

Ever work yourself to total exhaustion?  Where you nearly hit black out?  Seeing stars, lungs crisped, muscles tight and burning?  Then you took your downtime.  Later that day your lungs still hurt, but not as bad.  The stars had backed off from pin-point tunnel vision, but only to a third of normal, and your flesh was a smoldering ruin, just waiting to repair, rest, recover, but knew it would take days?  Yea, that is me, now.  Tough as that sounds it is into the pan, out of the fire, compared to the crash.

Weeeeee!  Are we having fun yet?!?  *grins*

Chicken might not be splendid, but grilled it is better.  I will skip hot flecks, but might add a color of smoked paprika.  That, a fatted tea, perhaps two cups of milk as well.  Later, a can of wild caught sardines and... something something... a few mozzarella sticks?  Something.  Time to start the grill.  Later.
