Couldn't do a damned thing. But I wasn't cold, I stopped hurting by early afternoon for no good reason. I did get the ducks out for an hour. It really does make them happy. I also ate right and and well, checking blood sugar. I splurged on lunch, had a baked potato, with butter. Just that.
I was curious. A smaller dose than what had become my usual brought blood sugar from 168 fasting to 119 before the potato. Four hours later, blood sugar was up to 171. I dosed, if again more lightly, then had supper. It was down to 112, if I needed more food so ate again. I'll check in about another hour.
I steamed cabbage, mushrooms, and the burger lamb mixed patties. Those were as horrible as remembered. I just couldn't choke them down. But the cabbage and mushrooms were extremely tasty with butter and salt, along with a lightly fatted tea. The thing is, cabbage is filling. But it didn't last so I became hungry soon. Another third of the cabbage and the last two ounces of mushrooms saw to my hunger.
I just couldn't think, remember, today. I turned up the heat, hoping that would help. Nope. Actually I did shower first thing. I... just... don't know? I know I have things to do. I just can't remember what, or to do them the moments I can recall. I'll keep at it. Good for what all, especially having no pain. I'll see about the rest.
Another shower tomorrow. It might help. It can't hurt. Later?
