Somebody is awake?

.
.
Checking for new vids, I found one.  And, exactly on target with the topics discussed.  Now, this particular video does not categorize for keto, but with enough data to begin sorting for that.  As well, he almost hits on the needs for more fats, and proteins, but, as with most folk, completely misses it after having obviously stated why such would be far superior, several times, for several reasons.

Oh, I get it.  I do.  People... don't want to change.  And, while young, healthy, etc, they see no reason to change.  If, in truth, they probably aren't eating nearly as much sugar as they think they are, or feel free to eat.  The way the mind works is odd.  But the skinny, healthy, people you see out there?  Even if they are absolutely for the freedom to eat sugar, fast carbs like bread, and such?  They... don't.  They have some sort of internal limiter which just doesn't allow for much consumption of said.  Don't... listen to what they say, watch what they do.

Some of us, me for example, even eating precisely as I suggest, still have a problem, at this point.  I overdid, for too long, and now my body simply can't function correctly, even when fed strictly and rightly.  Does that mean my warnings should be taken seriously?  Only by those who can obtain wisdom through the folly of others.  The rest of you can fuck off and die.  Or... just live a miserable attempt, eventually, of staving off death in some unnatural balancing act of trying to eat a nearly perfectly healthy diet while still failing, and needing medicine on top of it, just to suck air.  Your choice.  I made mine, and... here I am.

Still.  Don't say you haven't been warned.  And, it can happen very fast.  If, to my favor and in understanding, I had a lethal health condition I was trying to live through, with a medical field actively trying to allow me to die, probably for political correctness reasons rather than any kind of financial savings or such.  Which actually proves my point that women and minorities shouldn't have been allowed into the medical field.  Emotional and moral cripples make evil choices, for their weakness and obvious incompetence.

This vid, however, should provide some notion as to carrying lighter food on the trail.  And, I should think, if you are considering better food, for on the trail, why... would you stop with the trail?  Why wouldn't you bring that home, and continue with that idea.  Sure, fewer calories are needed, at home, but that would mean eating even less?  Right.

Oh, but the biggest hit?  EVOO.  That... I had seen that, before.  I just hadn't, quite, yet, looked into it.  I want, also, to check about coconut oil.  Perhaps it would work as well?  And avocado oil?  For variety.  I could see obtaining true, pure, nut butters, and adding these oils directly.  There would have to be local availability... which I have at home.  Or some sort of smaller packaging, for trail resupplies... or those available on the rout.  But... I could really see that being a good part to food preps, both local, trail, and as literal short to medium term preparedness.  The only real problem is that oil does go rancid quickly.  But coconut oil, extra virgin, cold pressed, can store for... five years.  Maybe more.  Just... some thoughts, people.

Hmm... I wonder how long nuts last?  Frozen?  Dry frozen?  I'll... look into how to get nuts of various sorts to last the longest.  At least ones one could turn into nut butters.

It is warmer out there, if still dark.  It was 78 the last time I looked, if still cool indoors.  It looks like summer might be showing up, to a degree.

Well... on to... something else.  Still, I can't believe how "on" that vid is.  It is exactly what I was sort of beginning to get at.  Not from other vids, but expressed through them.  He did the work I was beginning to explore doing.  Though many things I simply, probably, can't use... such as bars.  There are things I can use, will use, do use, if with a slightly different added set of restrictions.  Awesome find.

Good afternoon.
