.
I finally decided enough time has passed. After eating. Four boiled eggs, coffee with cream, if half what I was drinking once, and water other than that. Time to check blood sugar. It is 132. That is eight less than fasting. But, so very high? Now, I think my system is... extremely wanting carbs. Even to the point of using fake non-carbs... that feel/taste/look like carbs as carbs to the point of maintaining diabetes without the presence of carbs/sugars/such.
So... could it be holding onto the remnants of those apples? This far along? Maybe. I mean, 138, 132? Those aren't horrible. But they aren't 80 to 100. And it was getting to the normal range. Really, apples, two? Smaller, even, not large apples. Though, perhaps, the bacon was part of it? Not sure. Had them the day before. Didn't bother blood sugar. But... maybe it had to build up, or the apples trip-fucked the system to become more sensitive?
Well, it is coming down. I'll see tomorrow. If I have to go back to meat, salt, and water, so be it. And... from raw? Okay. It's worth it.
As to some strange sensations? Right. It feels like my skin is sluffing off. I can't feel it. Is that from fat loss? Seriously. My nerve sensations, to my skin, are... odd. I feel the weight of skin, by it's as if there is no other sensation. As if the nerves have been cut. It's not from a stroke, or such. I can... control the fingers, and toes.
It's like those areas have gone to sleep. But never wake up. I keep expecting pins and needles to happen, in those areas. But that just doesn't happen. It hasn't been this way for days, but months. It's on the right side of my body, from the toes up through the arm, to the fingers. Including the groin area, to a degree. Yes... an... odd thing. Numb.
I do wonder if it has something to do with losing fat, from the skin... just under it anyway. If something is just being weird. I can, actually, feel the skin... the surface. Ticklish, on the feet. Very sensitive, of fingers and toes. But it's more just under the skin. Or the skin itself, as a mass. It's an odd thing.
I have no idea what to even do about it. Am I sleeping wrong? I don't know. Just... thinking... Oh well, It'll be sorted out or not. Later.
