Good Monday morning!?!

.
.
Morning read is 133/85 pulse of 88.  Fasting blood sugar is 100, weekly average is 137, biweekly is 150.  I only have 18 reads, so not enough to start on the monthly averages.  Wow.  Nice.  After the second dose of bacon, I checked my bp last night.  It worried me just a wee.  It was 168/92, with a pulse like 88?  Something.  I didn't track it, because I just do morning checks these days.  I just... wondered.  Was it the bacon?  I think so.  The salt in the bacon, or other stuff though?  Eating the bacon made me wonder.  I will do it the next time I eat bacon as well.  And other really salty foods... out of curiosity.  If bacon and salty food does elevate, I'll... reserve it for special occasions, or see if eating less is good enough.

Seeing it back down, to a good number, and that before medication, eases my mind.  No on to medication and minerals.  And painkillers.  My neck still hurts.  I think I tended it better, through the night.  But when you put a kink in a thing, over several nights, it doesn't just un-kink in one night.  Mine don't.

Sleep was genuinely spectacular.  I was warm.  Slept through the night.  Didn't have to wake to pee, and made it downstairs before having to go.  And, dreamed of women!  Well, sort of?  Because I didn't get the clot shot, my sperm was in demand.  So... I charged.  Initially $200 a night, Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Demand grew enough that eventually I was charging $5k a... dose, up to three times a night.

I was... glad to sacrifice!  Truth is, I hated it.  But the money was good, and the... idea was right.  Women wanted healthy babies, and the world went left.  Oh, I had a wife, in the dream.  Pearls, fur coats, and nice living... was enough for her.  Neither of us really liked it, but... yeah.  What a dream though.  At first it was... fun.

I can't believe my numbers.  I just... that's crazy.  Would any one have believed such a small change in diet would do that much, make that much difference?  The blood sugar is the one that gets me the most.  After living keto for years, and carnivore for the last three to six months.  At least I know, other than just those drops, I really had been.  But, that those drops were enough to destroy the rest of it?

And, why are my lungs better?  I was beginning to wheeze most of the time, for the last six months.  Burning lungs, lugging heart, burning muscles, joint pain, inflammation... I was dying.  Cutting the sweetener, after going carnivore, was just a last ditch effort.  I just... thought I was going to die.  Maybe I still will, who knows.  It almost feels like a trick.

I changed the alarm from three to five.  But woke up at four this morning.  Three is too early, as I am not going to bed until 20:00 or so lately.  Ugh.  I still love beating the alarm.  On the good side, as I am sliding back into health, my days and nights are becoming more constant, and are regular.  I sleep at night, am up during the day, for the most part.

Some wouldn't say waking at four is waking in the day, but... it's the morning.  Or closer to it, and close enough for my bookwork.

Now for a shower?  I think so.  Didn't do dishes, yesterday.  Just drained them so I can get a shower.  I'll put the stool in there, so I can sit if need be.  I don't think I need it, but might still like it.  I am better, but not fully functional again, yet.  Oh, I will get recycling to the curb, and maybe some trash out, and to the curb?  Yes, I'd better.

Life is better.  Just that kink in the neck being worked out.  Otherwise, life is pretty good.  And outside?  It reads 30, but has rained recently?  It wasn't snow.  Very, very strange.  The upper air must not be as cool as this low air?  It's been like that, several times, even while raining, lately.  Very strange indeed.

On to waking.  Good day.
