Shutting down the higher dose seems to have worked. After morning rounds, I was able to get trash and recycling out. With just one bag of each per bin, I decided to let slide the notion of taking those to the curb. In freezing weather, it just doesn't matter. Then a pot of coffee was set to go. Breakfast just doesn't sound good, not quite yet. Hunger is brewing, the taste buds just aren't awake yet, or the stomach in a more specific way. Brunch, maybe, later.
I opened the curtains. There is enough light to make that easily worthwhile. It is partly cloudy, yet still rather bright... especially for a cave dwelling night owl. I don't think the place I need to contact is open yet, not until 10:00 or so. Another few cups of coffee, perhaps a piece of chicken if it is good, then a call. If a return is required, I still have enough of a day remaining to get the faucet, or parts of it, packaged and sent yet today. I may look at other printers, and take this one back. Sure, it works. But if I can't tinker with size, edit the print setup except extremely roughly, I don't really have a printer. To find one that isn't wi-fi is the trick. Wi-fi simply can't be trusted, especially not when a printer has it's own wi-fi seek system built in. Wi-fi and bluetooth are terribly insecure. Just another way into your system. Junk.
Other than that, today is mostly a recovery day. I won't put a large load of chores on the list until I am back to it. I may do a few things, here or there. Perhaps start and work through the dishes. Maybe fold laundry. Perhaps figure out something to eat... ah... thawing corned beef might be good. Little things, parts of things, what I can do without straining a still weak, if better, body. All good. Later.
