Installing the printer has caused a problem.  Or something just went wrong.  It's an old machine, but that isn't the problem.  It's as if the drivers failed.  The machine is operating in 4 colors at the lowest resolution, with no means of changing either.  I attempted to locate drivers, and pulled two variations down.  Neither worked.  This is too limited to work with.  I will tinker, from time to time, as I save for a new machine, or try to get one of the others back into some sort of function.  I am thinking this was either the printer adding or changing something, or the machine was simply hacked.  Positive about it.

It'll remain, I suppose, until the Titanic sinks.  If I get back to it, so be it.  If not, so long.
