Breakfast?

.
.
Yes, but not at the moment.  I mean, I have been thinking about how to mix and match breakfast foods.  Now, I love eggs.  I do.  And bacon, come on, bacon rules.  Sausage is great.  But... there has to be more.  I was thinking, and coming up empty, on what else to do for that first meal.  So I went looking.  Actually, the first site I hit was a gold mine.  Sure, there are a lot of women foods in there.  But, you know, that's not all bad.  Actually, that is why women are expected to be the bread makers, not winners.  Or, something therein.  Fresh fruit is very difficult for me to keep on hand.  Then to put it into form so that it can be eaten, or added to a blend, or otherwise dealt with?  Yeah, not so much.  However, for overnight preps, with muslix or yogurt, or such, frozen might work well enough.  Pretty pricey, but it wouldn't be every day.

Further, I was thinking that on some days, a hot breakfast isn't preferred.  Especially in the summer months.  She had a bunch of ideas there, as well.  Yes, yes, now that I am eating breakfast, lunch, or brunch almost every day, the taste buds are beginning to demand variety.  I burned out on commercial cereals long ago.  The sugared ones are really bad, the good ones are usually nasty, and as carbs they aren't the best in any case.  Then again, some of them might work in the mixes... Grapenuts, of one sort or another, with yogurt...  Muslix, of the better sorts, with kefir...  lots of variations.  Add in fruit and I can see it.  Frozen, with no sugar added, would be best for me.  The fruits that are easy to eat, apples, pears, and grapes, while okay, still have a rather high sugar content.  Bleh.  Still...

I am really almost becoming human!  Eating nearly daily, often twice, in smaller amounts.  Getting back to creating goals and successfully fulfilling those.  Taking medicine regularly, but regulating that to my life rather than just taking whatever they give me until it destroys my ability to live.  Tinkering with a camera, tools, and trying to prep while keeping options open.  As I open a door, I go a ways in, then I have a whole new set of areas that need to be expanded from there.  It is a bit overwhelming, at times, learning how to live.  Even with my conditions still playing a role, reducing just how far I can go, definitely at a shot, but too... I don't know how far I can go.  I'm amazed to have made it this far.  Especially since I am pretty sure I may be able to go quite a bit farther.  Maybe.

For now, though, I am tired.  I think adding the extra dose was a bit too much all at once.  Perhaps I can't handle it at all.  I will be cutting to every other morning with the increase... after a few days off to sort things out.  It zapped me, hard.  Say... Wednesday... I may begin taking that extra morning dose, but just every other day.  If I end up getting used to that in a few weeks, I will try it daily for a few weeks.  If I can't handle that first step, so be it.  If I can, but can't handle the next step, again, so be it.  If I can learn to handle the hoped dose, in a month or three, so be it.  I have to take charge of my medicine, though, if I mean to get anywhere with anything else in my life.  Yeah, completely exhausted today.  I am hoping tomorrow will be better.

Later.
